Long waiting for lifts. Small room and very small (but comfortable) bathroom. No drawers in in my room

The staff was incredibly helpful. This was our first time visiting London and we stayed first at The Kensington Hotel for the first leg of our trip. If we would have known what our next hotel entailed we would have stayed the entire time at The Kensington. The restaurant and bar were amazing and the staff was extremely attentive. The guest rooms were clean and well let. We appreciated the multiple styles of outlets. Perhaps one of the highlights of the hotel is Emiliano at concierge. Every night he booked us a new and interesting place for dinner. We never had a bad meal because of his expert advice. We would highly suggest this hotel to anyone heading to London.

Location is excellent, service very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was very good but considering we were paying for a suite I would have thought this could be included in the price! Room was comfortable and spacious.

I do think that in a hotel in this area the bar should stay open later. You go out to see a show/have a nice meal, get back to the hotel at about 10:45 ready for a night cap but oh no - the bar is just about to close and people are being ushered out. It's a shame because it reduces the ability to make the most of the stay and soak up the ambience of the hotel. Also, if a hotel advertises parking then it should offer parking on site. I think we all understand that public car parks are available, but this isn't exactly a feature of the hotel. It feels like misrepresentation on the listing.

the Entrance with its flower arrangement along the street were beautiful and all the staff at the entrance and in the reception were great.

the room had windows facing the side street (Manson Pl) and every morning we woke up by the garbage collector followed by another van picking up empty glass bottles. The rooms next to this one probably face the same problem with lack of sound isolation.

Beautiful hotel, clean, glamorous, excellent location. Staff are beyond helpful, food is amazing and the bar is great, an abundance of choice of drink and festive cocktails. When we stay, we stay at Christmas, decorated festively, warm and cosy! We absolutely adore this hotel and will never stay anywhere else when travelling to London.

A beautifully decorated, stylish hotel on a wide tree lined boulevard of tall white stucco Victorian mansion houses. It was absolutely blissful to sit outside, in the sun, on the chic Verandah area sipping an Aperol spritz, watching the South Kensington residents go by! Our room was immaculately clean and the linens, towels and decor were top quality. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast, served in the well appointed comfortable lounge area was delicious, with plenty of choice on the menu.

Nothing, everything was excellent.

I bet the hotel will be the best of the best for all guests. Because, I had Great time at the hotel. I am very sensitive about what I was looking at when I was a little bit of a particular thought of being in a mood. But the beautiful luxury hotel made me feel comfortable and staffs treat me well.

There was nothing to be desired when I stayed at the hotel.

Service in the bar was brilliant

I didn’t like the fact that you held authorisation for £1460 for a full month yet I paid the account in full the next day meaning my bank account is minus £3000

Very stylish and cosy hotel with a warm atmosphere! The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. The lobby has a real fireplace and it is very elegant, it is a pleasure to have a drink there or at the bar which is as nice. Live music on Thursday and Friday evening is very good, and also the hotel restaurant was above expectations. All the staff is very curteous and highly professional. We will be back for sure!

The staff make this hotel, especially the waiters. We had an lovely evening meal and Abdul was amazing, everytime he walked past our table he topped up our water etc. Food was outstanding, you have to try the Tiger prawn lime starter. Location perfect for Royal Albert Hall, National History etc
