Millennium Gloucester Hotel London

The room was nice and clean. It was very comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, with lots of restaurants, and places where one could sit and have a nice meal. The Grocery store, and Pharmacy just a few minutes away, which was very convenient. The Buses, and Underground station just nearby too. good breakfast services on the main floor.

I think everything was good. Front desk very helpful too. They helped us in calling a Cab for us when we needed The Gentleman Darko, in particular was very helpful and friendly.

room service staff who were noisy early in the morning outside in the aisle and all the noise of foreign languages gets into your room. sometimes they randomly knock on your door and be quick to open the door only to ask if I want my room to be cleaned ! this is not a right thing to do , there is a time specified by the hotel where cleaning should be between 12:00-15:00 so please don’t knock on your guest rooms

Good location, close to museums and Hyde Park in walking distance. Tube at the doorstep which is very convenient with direct connections to city centre.

Hotel charged me twice, it was a system error on their side. When I queried this at reception I was dismissed in a non-friendly way. The reception manager was very unhelpful. I needed to insist and ask to speak to someone else. The new guy admitted there was an error on their part and apologised,slthough the reception guy didn't. Despite this, I have still been charged twice and still waiting for a refund.

the staff were very friendly and helpful - asking to take our bags etc it looked really nice and the room was spacious and did the job! they also let me have a later check out which was very nice!!

The hotel is in a fantastic location and the staff were helpful. The first room we stayed in was very hot and the air-conditioning would not cool the room down. On our second stay we asked for another room and we paid extra for a larger room. This room (124) was much nicer than the first family room. Apart from that the hotel was great. Will stay again when we return to London soon.

I need to ask for bed sheets to sleep under as the first room was so hot we couldn't sleep under the bedding. The first request was ignored so I called again, the sheets arrived soon after which was much appreciated. The next morning another set of sheets was going to be delivered before I had to explain that the sheets were needed the previous night and I had to call again to get them delivered.

The room is really spacious - it has a huge king-sized bed, a big desk, an armchair and still enough space to lay out 2 suitcases. Bed is really comfortable. Cleanliness standard is high. The location is excellent. The Gloucester Road tube station is just across a side street. There is a Waitrose supermarket next to the tube station so it is really convenient to pick up some snacks, fruits and drinks. There are also quite a number of casual dining options across the road.

Housekeeping was a little inconsistent. There were a couple of days the toiletries were not replenished. There was no facial tissue when we first checked in and not replaced when it was finished. Having said that, they did promptly send them up when we called

The best location. Tube across road along with heaps of eating places, chemists, supermarkets etc Very spacious room with seperate luggsge and wardrobe area. Large comportablr bed. Portable air conditioner was good as weather was warm.

Issues with house keeping....under staffed? Erratic supply of water. tea, sugar etc.each day. . Ended up buying our own and then a bag wuth miscel items were delivered after staff member checked. Last day no extra toilet paper was left and we ran out. Water from air-conditioner overflowed and my husband had to drag the huge containet into bathroom to ermpty it. Very heavy!!!

Our triple room was great. The staff made us feel welcome, supported our every need during our stay. The breakfast each morning was superb and gave us a wonderful start of our day! Security at the hotel was also excellent and the location was great close to underground making it quite easy for us to travel to all the sights in central London. It was close to pubs, bakery, coffee shops; and the hotel also provided an excellent place to catch lunch, light dinner or a drink in the lounge. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London and would not hesitate to return there on another stay in London.

Its good that very closer to underground metro, bus stops, shops and restaurants. Good tv in room

Cant use conditions like u want...window cant open for fresh air.
