Great Location

Housekeeping didn’t change the bedsheets for 3 days although some got stains on them.

We have stayed at W hotels before so we anticipated the modern sophistication of this hotel but we were pleasantly surprised at the special features of the London W. Our room was spacious and we had a corner suit with wonderful views over Picadilly and Leicester. We loved the special touches such as the welcoming mats in the elevators throughout the day. The gym in this hotel is exceptional - one of the best hotel gyms we have experienced. The in-room goodies were very unique and we landed up purchasing quite a few which we loved using.

The staff were great, friendly and ready to help. Had the breakfast which was amazing. I did pay for the city view but our room just had a single street view, other than that the room was a nice modern place to be. Control your lights, tv and climate control via an iPad, the mode lightning was a very nice touch. I would highly recommend.

They didn’t have parking but that’s not their fault, London is wired like that. If you have to drive use the JustPark app to book, reasonable prices compared to Q park across the street which is really overpriced.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure guests were satisfied. My room overlooked Leicester Square, but when the shades were down it was completely dark and very little sound got through.The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I was concerned that the shower and toilet would be cramped because they're basically in closets, but they weren't at all. They also kept plenty of bottled water available in my room, which I really appreciated. Also, Chinatown, Covent Garden and Picadilly Circus were very close by, so food and entertainment were easily accessible from this property.

The only complaint I could make is that everything was set low to the ground. The bed was set very low, even the barstools at the bar downstairs was very low. I always felt like I was squatting down.

I’m being very picky but I wasn’t keen on the layout of the toilet, shower and sink, I understand it’s space saving but I would much prefer a traditional bathroom.

Another hotel we've used before. Great location bang on Leicester Square. Modern hotel, clean and well-equipped rooms. Staff very helpful and polite. Breakfast was good - choice and service. Bed was comfortable.

Obviously covid restrictions took away some of the general facilities and features e.g. mini bar emptied. The technology and clean modern lines can sometimes go a bit too far and the general feel can be a little clinical and a bit less 'comfortable'. Need to be into your tech just to operate the room! Very expensive for what you get but this is central London!

check-in process was slow, vanity mirror light didn’t work, first order at the bar took 40 minutes to arrive, the music at the bar was so loud I had to put noise cancelling earbuds in!

Room was very clean. EVERYONE at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable. Shower had both overhead and sprayer which was nice. My daughter loves the disco balls.

Pretty much liked it all. Only thing was it would be nice to have an area for the shower to get out and change that is not the main room. We used the area near the front door that had a sliding door

Stopped here before and we love the location, the rooms are unusual and this time we got an upgrade. The rooms are very hi-tech and an I pad to controls the equipment such as the TV, sound system. We also liked the separate WC from the shower and no bath to get in for a shower.

We stopped on Sunday and Monday, Sunday the noise in the bar area was so loud and there is no quite lounge area to get a drink. Apparently the disco is every Friday Saturday and Sunday and the upgrade we found out was to get us on a higher floor away from the noise.

The bathroom and dressing/vanity set up is perfect for 2 people wanting to get ready together. The bed was so comfortable and location was excellent!! We were in town to get married and the staff put on a beautiful display on our wedding night. We were really touched and will treasure the memories forever!

We got coffees delivered to the room that really weren’t very nice. Other than, everything else was perfect!
