This was great for us, very central and actually considering a Sat night very quiet! Perfect location, spotlessly clean, beds and shower great. An over night stay or for a couple of nights could not have asked for better

the location was excellent, the staff was very helpful we did not have the breakfast. the room was small but had all the amenities that we need, the linen were great and the bed was very comfortable. The bath towels were soft and good size. Overall great place.

the biggest issue we had there was no safe in the room and no phone. Our cell phone was stolen and we had no way of communication in case of emergency. We were victims of theft and all our money were stolen. If we had a safe in the room we would have left out cash passport and jewellery in the safe. We are well traveled and we have never stayed in a hotel that did not have a safe. I hope you will take this in consideration.

The room was small, but that's why it is affordable right in the middle of everything! Surrounded by West End theaters (our terrace faced the Harry Potter show), all types of clubs, bars and restaurants, great gay night life a block away, all levels of shopping in every directions, easy underground transport anywhere, including the airport. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. 24-hour diner in the lobby. Perfect to roll out of bed and get good coffee, or for a late night snack. Very good temperature in the room. We'll definitely go back.

The room is small. A few hooks to hang things. No drawers. You will live out of your suitcase. Also, nothing keeping the shower water from getting all over the bathroom floor. Pretty common in Europe. Bring flip flops.

Location

Suggest putting some hanging hooks on the walls, it would be much easier to keep towels dry and save on having to get them washed.

We were upgraded to a suite with kitchen, living area, and bed area, so that was wonderful. But, the access to the room was a little challenging. Even considering that though, I was very happy to accept the upgrade and have the extra space. The location was excellent, within walking distance, even just next door, to multiple pubs, restaurants, shopping, and more.

only the stairs to get to our room - which we accessed by taking elevator to 4th floor, then down a narrow, steep staircase to the suite.

Brilliant, brilliant location in the very heart of the West End and Soho. It is located at the start of Old Compton Street, the centre of gay London. The magnificent location makes up for the tiny room as a normal-size hotel room in this location would cost a fortune. Considering how small the room is, it is well designed. The private, full bathroom was wonderful with great water pressure and a piping hot shower. Comfortable bed and an excellent big-screen tv at the end of the bed.

I was extremely disappointed to be woken in the late afternoon by loud banging on my door by the housekeeping staff. This occurred even though I had put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door. Not happy! Why would they do that?

Unbelievably convenient location. Super close to Tottenham Court Road Station, Leicester Square is down the road. Even walking to Buckingham Palace is an easy and lovely walk. Despite its location to bars, and a pub being right next door, the noise was non existent Chinatown is just around the corner and multiple gay bars are just across the street. Will definitely stay again if possible!

There isn't anything really negative to add in my opinion, perhaps the room being too warm but London is quite warm. The bathroom walls are quite see through even though they have a blur glaze but this wasn't a problem as I stayed alone but did pose some awkwardness for my sister and her fiancée.

extremely central, right in the middle of where all the action is in central London very impressed with all the additional which you won’t expect for the price, the hairdryer, range of beverages, great towels, cleanliness. the noise was minimal considering the location in the middle of Soho. they gave us a room with a window which was a bonus but hey you really don’t need a window if it’s just a clean bed you are looking for staff super friendly, there’s an on site cafe etc but soho is just outside the front door

there’s nothing not to like small caveat - if you’re two people who are bigger than normal, you may have to do a dance of swapping places. it is tight but remember you are paying for a nice clean room with the basic essentials so, enjoy the nice bed instead

The location is fantastic, easy walking distance for the theatres and plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity

The ridiculous rules the hotel has about the card used for booking being present at booking. I booked for my wife and daughter and they were pretty unreasonable as they didn't have the card. I had made contact with hotel to advise booked as third party but still insist on card being present. This is ridiculous as full payment is taking 3 days before arrival. I recommend a rethink on this rule.

Perfect location and fantastic staff who got our clothes dry after we got caught in the rain at a concert on our first night. We wanted to wear the same jeans the next night and they sorted getting them dry for us :)

The room wasn’t the best set up, we’ve stayed in small properties before and don’t mind the size as it’s central London but the space could be utilised a lot better. As a woman who likes to get dolled up before going out in London a mirror is needed where the best source of light is and next to a plug and a table.
