The Resident Soho

Comfy bed. The kitchenette and closet felt smartly designed. We appreciated the nespresso. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious - really great rain shower head. The room itself perfectly fit 2 people. The room was quiet and room service always left the space spotless. The front desk even brought by a luggage scale to our room when we asked to borrow one. The location was perfect for us, everything was walkable.

No complaints.

We were a little early to check in, which wasn't a problem at all. We were given our roomkeys, were helped with our bags and were shown our room. We just stayed the 1 night and had no issues at all. In the morning, they were happy to hold onto our bags for a few hours as our flights home weren't until the evening. No noise complaints, extremely comfortable shower (spacious too for London standards) and overall just great! Perfect and clever built in kitchenette and wardrobe (drawer for the hair dryer with an outlet right next to it, mirrors inside the doors - just, excellent) We also felt extremely safe, as every interior door and the lift only worked with our keycards.

No complaints, we liked everything! No complaints at all, we had a lovely time. We will definitely stay in this hotel again if our budget allows it.

I travelled solo, stayed for 5 nights. I booked the Double Standard Room. It was fantastic for one person, spacious room. The location is terrific. The staff, specially reception and housekeeping where extremely corteous and helpful. The amenities and kitchenette where perfect. And they even have a Britta filter for drinking water. I would definitely stay there again. Reception spoke English, Spanish and Italian.

It was a bit expensive in my opinion, but compared with other locations the price was fair. I booked the double room. I had to stay a few times in the hotel. Anything smaller than that could be a con if you plan to stay a bit in the hotel.

This hotel is very well located in Soho and only a few steps from Oxford, Regent etc. with hundreds of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Despite being in Soho it's located in distance from the Soho noise so you can sleep quietly with good blinders blocking the window. The rooms are not big but they have everything you need, a good bed, a good shower and a nice kitchenette. I have been in many hotels with good staff and service but the staff of the Resident Soho is extra willing to provide the best possible service. I will definitely stay there again.

We originally booked a small room but splurged and upgraded to a much larger room. It had a king-sized bed and a large bathroom with double sinks. It had a nice tub for some great hot baths on those chilly fall nights. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and new and felt quite luxurious. Lighted closets and a sink with a filtered water dispenser. We had a problem with the room heater and called the front desk. The maintenance person was there within 5 minutes. Talk about service. Turns out it was user error. Whoops! Location was fantastic on a side street off the main drag. So it was quiet but close to so many things including the tube station, the Elizabeth line, a Tesco, restaurants galore. It was also walking distance to Picadilly Circus station and Oxford station. It was just the perfect location. The room was so comfortable that I actually spent a cold rainy afternoon just taking a hot bath and watching The Repair Shop. I loved this hotel.

The only thing missing was an included breakfast. But being so close to so many eateries, this was not a problem at all. Actually, I can't think of anything I did not like about this hotel. I will definitely return.

Upon arrival we where greated by a very kind man who quickly sorted our key cards and has us on the way to our room within 5 minutes. Being located so close to the tube station was massivly helpfull !! The location is perfect as it is right on the doorstep to Sohos bars and clubs while being tucked away enough not to be disturbed by the noise. The TV was also amazing alowing casting straight from my phone allowing me to indulge in my favourite tv shows before bed.

Great place in a great location! Close to all the main attractions including the Elizabeth line so it is very easy and convenient to get to and from the airport. An inner and quiet street so that despite the hustle and bustle outside - it's quiet and pleasant inside. We took the standard room - not so big but not really small either. Cozy and clean with a small kitchenette - excellent and convenient for preparing small meals, coffee and snacks. The bathroom is spacious and clean as well. Comfortable and pleasant bed and linens. The room is cleaned daily. The hotel staff is nice and helpful. It is highly recommended!

The closet is too small to store all the clothes

This hotel is in a brilliant location, close to everything in Soho but nicely tucked away. The room is a good size for the area so I would say good value for money. Very comfortable bed and air con that, for once, didn't make me feel clogged up in the morning. Shutters on the large windows were a lovely touch. No bar, but a small bar menu and a helpful man at reception looked after us providing us with a late drink.

Such a shame they don't have a restaurant or breakfast facilities. There was a small issue on check in - one colleague had paid and checked in all the rooms on arrival as we were all pressed for time. But when someone running late arrived, they had difficulty explaining this to reception. I guess a communication issue.

The location is superb and the standard of the rooms and common facilities exceeded my expectations. But the most amazing thing was the service; such helpful staff booking train tickets, recommending great restaurants and helping out in making bookings, fixing adaptors and cords, flexible with check-in and check-out times, all the time super friendly! Nice with complimentary drinks + snacks in the reception every day between 18 and 19. Super good value for money, I recommend everyone to stay here!

First of all the Hotel is more than perfectly located. Soho is THE place to be if you want to get around London easily. The Room: Our room was spacious and the beds were really comfy. The cleaning lady came every day and switched out towels. We had a minor issue with the heating but the staff resolved it quickly. I was surprised by how quiet it was in the room. You will hear your neighbours leaving but no additional noise whatsoever. Service: The Hotel has no Restaurant, which is not an issue. The staff serves drinks and snacks to your room and you also can order breakfast to enjoy in bed. They also offer groceries service. You can write them an email with the groceries you want to find in your room upon arrival.
