Big comfortable bed, out of 4 to choose from in my suite. Staff were fantastic, keyless entry and keysafe by the room door meant I just had to turn up and enter after 14 hours at work, and sleep. Nice location, although a bit out of the way, meant a nice leisurely stroll through the leafy suburbs to get the Tram back to town before I returned home.

Bathroom (second floor), was a bit janky, cracked sink, leaking radiator too I think, but nothing drastic. No plugs beside the bed to plug in my phone, but a light on the bedside table with nothing to plug it into was odd. Blinds didn't seem to open properly in the suite but as I was only there overnight, it was a non issue. All in, would absolutely book again when I'm working that side of Manchester! Top job!

We were here for a concert at the O2 in Trafford, so this place was pretty perfectly situated, just a 20 minute walk or a short bus ride. The room was cosy and clean. It was really excellent value for money with nice soft bed sheets and a good bathroom and kitchen area. Each room had it's own lockbox and there was a key code on the main door so very secure.

The bed was a little creaky and you could hear doors banging in the night sometimes which made sleeping a bit hard if you are a light sleeper. But overall, this was a pleasant, simple and cheap stay with everything you needed to make a good base for the night!

This was a very accessible area, direct bus routes to Manchester City and its rail networks, making tourist attractions within easy access. Beds were solid, perfectly clean room and perfect for a 2 star standard. Shower facility was spot on and a great addition. Extreme value for money.

There could've have been a cooking unit within the main kitchen area itself. The bed I slept in was extremely close to the radiator, and it knocks on approx 7am, so yhis could've been moved a touch.

After reading the reviews I was dreading the place shouldn't of because place was lovely we stayed for 3 niggts while going to a game at Old Trafford was perfect for that reason 2 min walk to bus stop 5 mins to old trafford 20 min to center of manchester

Outside the building looks grubby thats all really

very good location easy to get into with codes and keys comfortable bed large room easy to find rooms/bathrooms etc overall would definitely stay here again

only 1 very small pillow each. no extras in the cupboard would have preferred two or more each. bathroom sink was largely cracked needed to be replaced.

The booking process was straight forward along with the details shared that made check-in smooth. Everything was ready when we arrived. One of my kid threw up in bed in the middle of sleep so we notified about bed linen getting dirty so it can be taken care of before next guests arrived. The staff who responded was very courteous and told us not to worry about it. This is the sort of customer service that families prefer. I'd book the same place again if I'll be traveling there in future.

Excellent, prompt and efficient customer service. Very spacious rooms, with a kitchen downstairs that I wasn't even expecting. Great unrestricted parking right outside, all an easy walk to Old Trafford. Great value for money.

The shared areas (bathroom and kitchen) were a bit tired/dated and could have been cleaner, but the bedrooms were vey well presented and overall really pleased with our stay.

Property was nice and clean . Check in was very simple and easy.

There was no staff at the property and my room was next to the kitchen. There was so much noise last night. People came back and sat in the kitchen and talking so loud which was disturbing

Easy to find location, only a 5 min bus journey to Stadium. Plenty of parking Secure locked doors with Code entry Nice size Room , TV and Kettle
