The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were high quality. The entire place was immaculate and pristine. The decorations and overall design was done thoughtfully. It was also super clean and the shower was amazing! We also had the pleasure of meeting one of the staff who was incredibly polite and sweet which added to our experience. We would highly recommend this place for a stay.

Owners have tried to think of everything you would need in a stay away from home. Well equipped kitchen, tea and coffee provided there (not in individual room). Lovely single room on ground floor, very clean and comfortable. Mohammed was quick to respond to questions and sort out a couple of minor inconveniences. Tram is a few minutes' walk away, as is Aldi, KFC and some chippies! Parking available down side street. Tesco and bus stop literally across the road. Tesco has fuel station nearby.

Can't think of anything that wasn't dealt with quickly - this was a perfect place for my stay.

The property was clean, the house keeper on arrival was very friendly and helped us settle in and showed us around our room she also helped us with information for local public transport. Parking was good either outside the property or parking to the side of the building. The owner was very professional and was excellent at replying to any questions (via messages) this was an overall excellent experience and I would definitely recommend for the future 😊 The other issue is it’s quite far from nearby town such as manchester 20 minutes via car or 40 minutes via bus. Taxi very expensive bus I would recommend.

The only issue we experienced was the mattress was quite hard and only had one pillow which was uncomfortable.

I was impressed with the quality of the full refurbishment the whole property must have gone through recently. Everything is new, sparkling and clean, and that includes the shower and toilet! Very spacious indeed! They were very nice to me when I asked if I could check-in a bit earlier than the usual, and communications was great. The free parking on the street right next to the property was another great surprise, and there's a bus stop right next to the house to make travelling to the city centre very simple if you are planning on a night out. The place is very quiet too!

This is not a major problem, but the room window is facing South and the blinds don't fully block the sun light on a sunny day. I'm quite sensitive to light in the morning and that woke me up quite soon. This is easily fixable with the addition of simple dark curtains, I'm sure it will be sorted soon. Also, it could use a simple table/desk and chair so we can put our stuff on the top.

Incredibly clean with towels and toiletries provided. There was lots of space in the room and having an en-suite meant no worries about sharing a space with others beyond my eating needs.

The sink was a little small so brushing and washing in it was difficult. I had a very big bag so getting it up the stairs was a hassle but I eventually managed. The dining room door was closed so I couldn’t identify it at first but that may be because others had closed it.

The location is amazing convenient to everything, the staff is stunning amazing a big thanks to brother Faheem the owner of the property who look after us every single day in fact been invited by him for a lunch. And a very special thanks to patience the house keeper such a lovely lady who been there every single day to take care of us I loved it and felt so good to have you guys as a host thanks a lot.

The bed was comfortable. The place was clean. The welcome host was friendly and very helpful. Great location, safe parking with a large Tesco opposite the house.

The pillows were very flat. There was no hooks at all to hang towels or coats etc. There was no mirror in the bathroom .There was no table to have snacks etc. Surprisingly, there was no TV in any of the rooms booked. The bathroom water in the shower and sink changed to a light brown.

Everything was perfect, location was great, was able to park car on side of road which is a 2 minute walk away. There's a tesco directly in front. The staff was very accomadatting. Room was clean, spacious and had private toilet and bathroom as well as kitchen facilities and a garden area available to all guests. I would 100% recommend to anyone and I will be staying here again. GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY!

The staff was really helpful. I had difficult situation with other guests who were partying and causing troubles at a late hour. After notifying the staff the situation was resolved very quickly. Ppl who lead this place really care to make they’re guest comfortable and happy. I recommend that place 100%.

Everything was great.

Room was clean, basic facilities in the room was ok.

The room is on the ground floor and right next to the hallway. Other guests coming in and out makes significant noise when they’re opening and closing the front door. Walls aren’t that thick to minimise the noise unfortunately.
