close to shops. spacious. very very clean. beautiful views. friendly staff. excellent kitchen facilities

couch and rug and curtains are certainly showing their age and look pretty shabby. my mum didn’t feel comfortable sitting in the couch because it looked worn and grubby. 1 lift wasn’t working which meant at times having to wait a very long time (10mins+) It wasn’t possible to go down the stairs as we were in the 14th floor, I gave a bad hip and mum is 86 so would rather take the lift. it was repaired on the 3rd day. it is still very dark in the en-suite bedroom especially when trying to put things in / out of the wardrobe - maybe a ‘push light’ would be an added bonus and would help.

Wonderful views, wonderful rooms, wonderful staff, wonderful location. High quality bedding and towels, which are not replaced apparently unless you stay more than a week. Well, that the towels are washed less often seems to mean that they stay fresher, and we were fine to use the same ones for 3 days and not be bothered by cleaners, so it's fine. Would recommend staying here in a heartbeat. Saturdays seem to always be the most expensive days due to people coming to town to watch the football. Maybe better to visit Manchester during the summer then when no footie. The best shampoo I've ever had at any hotel.

Not a huge fan of the £100 deposit that hopefully will be returned to me soon (we checked out yesterday and they said it can take a couple of days to be refunded). Be very careful when choosing the room as they don't all have a nice view, yet there's very little difference in price. I think I accidentally booked the wrong one, but credit to the staff, especially Joaquin, absolute top man, he managed to fix it that we got the room that we wanted. Would love to stay here again next time. Oh and the milk frother batteries were dead so it didn't work. But it's the first time in all my days that I've seen a milk frother on my travels, so it didn't matter.

As soon as I arrived here the person who checked me in was lovely, I didn't get his name, but he was Spanish, he gave me a map and gave me lots of ideas where to go, it was my first time to Manchester, I'm not a shopper, so I like to get away from all that! Everyone was so lovely, always said hi to me when I came in and out, I had a wee chat here and there, Mark who works on the later shift, was great too :) I had a very stressful few weeks before coming, and everyone there made my get away as relaxed as it was 😀 The appartment itself wasimmaculate, and the views from the 12th floor were incredible, its also in such a great location, round the corner from the main shopping street, and 10 min walk from Picadilly and Victoria stations :) I would definitely come back and stay again! :)

The staff is super helpful, special shoutout for Zalan at the reception for helping us for finding out missing luggage from British Airways,the location is also very nice, Tesco is exactly next to the door. Good clubs around the place.

The parking is too tight, though the staff help you out to park in & out, and also while taking a turn from main road there is a sign of no right turn, but actually the turn is legal as the boards were there due to some construction work which was happening earlier so they were supposed to be removed but aren't so it's confusing, so please note if you're driving the turn at joiner street is legal.

Staff were lovely, beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The fridge and oven were really useful. Great location. Nice bar downstairs

I didn't like the process of taking 250 pounds deposit per room but not having a set process to let customers know that their room has been inspected and deposit released. I think this could be better managed and improved on

Quite expensive - Especially for one night, but definitely worth it for the space etc. The security deposit felt a little too much, I haven’t had to do this with any other hotels or apartments. £250 is a tad excessive, especially given a lot of people may not have that in their accounts given the economy at the moment. I know you get this back, but just something to note.

Lovely squeaky clean, good sized two bedroom apartment. In a modernized older building with good quality finishes and furnishings. The bathroom is big enough and spotless, but the bathtub needs an anti-slipping coating. The bedrooms are slightly smaller but have everything needed, including a work desk. The open-layout living room has access to a good-sized balcony, which is not much used in April in Manchester :). It incorporates a very well-stocked kitchen, including a Nespresso machine and a few complimentary pods. The washer is new and works well; we didn't try the dishwasher because we didn't cook at all. The fridge and the electric cooktop, oven and microwave seem new. There are two lifts, but only one worked when we were there. A pleasant public lounge on the ground floor has a separate entry. The building is well secured, with only card access to the inside halls and for lift usage. The location is in downtown Manchester with many places within walking distance. The reception personnel is polite and helpful.

To be picky, perhaps the lack of a second working lift.

It was absolutely perfect for our needs. We wanted to stay one night in town, because it would have been difficult to get home. It was so clean, spacious, comfortable with all modern amenities (including USB charging points). Tesco extra is literally next door, so it was easy to self-cater. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the reception was "manned" all day and night. It was just easy, which made it a very relaxed experience all around. It was also, between three of us, very good value for money in terms of accommodation.

N/A there was nothing we didn't like. The doors to the outside balcony were a bit unique to close, but apart from that, it was great.

Booked a 2 bedroom suite. The initial stay was booked for 2 nights; I ended up extending the stay twice to a total of four nights with a late check out. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The location was excellent, very central and steps away from shops, restaurants and transport. The reception team were outstanding. Joaquin was very helpful when I arrived to find the lift was not working; he arranged another apartment on a lower floor and carried my bag up for me, dealing with a difficult situation very professionally. Patryk arranged for us to stay in the same apartment when extending our stay, which involved juggling other bookings; this was very helpful and convenient and much appreciated. Zalan arranged a late check out for us very efficiently. I would choose SuperCity Church St for another stay in Manchester and highly recommend.

I liked everything very much but a couple of things would have made life a little easier. Two dishwasher tablets and two laundry pods were provided; I would have liked a couple more of each. One teatowel was provided; I would have liked an extra one.
