Ville Hotel

This is a new hotel and you can tell as it is immaculate clean. I would say science lab clean. Housekeeping should be get bonus. No dust, no stains, no mark. Even curtains smelled lovely and fresh. yes I smell curtains haha. Sheets were very white and clean, and nice to touch. Towels very nice, big, very big and fluffy. Bed was EXTRA SUPER comfortable. I want to steal mattress to take home. haha Room I stay in. Deluxe Room was very modern, tile floorings, dark furniture in a bright painted and decorated room looked fantastic. Also comfortable desk chair an (thank you for free upgrade Martha) Bathroom was spot free and great decorated. White tiles all over the bathroom with dark sparkly and shiny large shower cabin. Great and powerful shower. The sink was very modern, a bowl shaped with a round, large lit up mirror. I think bathroom even more modern then even room. Internet was great with no problem like the hotel I stay in at London. Also large TV But I don't watch tv. Staff. Staff was the best. So nice, so polite, so helpful, so cheerful and so positive. They have fantastic energy and you can feel it. They care about all guests. Some hotel staff seem robotic at other big hotels but not here. It was very natural and really really really made my day. After travel I was tired but when I get to hotel and see the smiles I got full of energy and ready to shop and Christmas markets The hotel is very close to shopping. Maybe 5 min walk. Also close to many restaurants which is great for breakfast and lunch and dinner and desert. Yes must have desert Many places to choose from around the hotel 3-10 minute. Many choices. Really we had a FANTASTIC stay. From A to Z everything was perfect. Clean, modern, new, safe, good connection, best bed, best shower, close to everything, happy and helpful staff. I will recommend to all my friends and family and you should stay here also when you are in Manchester. Book Deluxe room, its best room for sure. You will love it.

Unique hotel in Manchester city centre. Very close to the Christmas Market and all the shopping places. Very good Wi-Fi Had no issues the entire stay. Room was quiet and modern. You can tell this is a new hotel as everything is super clean. Staff are amazing and very very friendly. Would not hesitate to book again

Would be great if the offered breakfast however Richmond Tea Rooms is fantastic for breakfast and only 1 minute walk

The Ville Hotel is placed in a gret position, very close to the city centre and all the main Manchester attractions. The price was very good and the staff was very kind (they keep our baggages before the check-in and after the check out).

Maybe the only thing that I didn't like so much was the size of the bathroom, especially the sink which was very small. However the small size of the bathroom did not affect our vacation in any way, so I really recommend this hotel.

Fantastic stay. great small, modern hotel located right in the heart of the city centre. lovely staff, very clean and modern rooms. Beds were super comfortable. tea, coffee, biscuits, kettle in the room. Very fast Wi-fi, fastest i every experienced at any hotel. really really lovely stay. highly recommend.

Very good hotel for a short business trip or a visit to Manchester. The hotel is central and in a pedestrian only zone. The hotel dose not serve breakfast however, hotel guests can get a discount at multiple restaurants just a stone throw away, Richmond Tea Rooms is my favourite. fantastic breakfast and lunch/brunch and just a minute walk from the hotel. great little independent hotel with lovely and pleasant staff

Great Stay. Nothing to complain about. Very nice staff and eager to help in finding directions. Very clean room, quiet and comfortable bed. I enjoyed my stay and will be staying again when on a work related trip to Manchester

Amazing stay. Staff extremely nice and very professional room vas specious and clean. Tea and coffee with biscuits provided ..perfect for your early morning start. I will definitely book again.

in the road of clubs are bars. great if you are out for the night which I hadn’t realised. noise not horrendous (triple glazed windows) but noticeable. location better suited for someone looking to go to bars and clubs.
