i stayed for 12 days, they didn’t clean my apartment, when I arrived they told me the cleaning will be once a week and unfortunately 3 times I told them however no response.

The kitchen was beautifully designed, the bathroom was spacious, modern and clean, the washer dryer was fantastic and conveniently stowed away, the bedroom had plenty of space for clothes and the bed was extremely comfortable. The main room was furnished nicely, with large screen TV.

We were only given one key card for our apartment and I dropped it on the facility stairs, without realizing it. I was locked out of the room, and staff was very helpful. I’m not sure if the policy is only one key card per suite or persons staying in a suite, but two cards would have been more convenient.

We were overall very impressed with the accommodation, a permanently manned reception, great parking, clean and comfortable accommodation.... However.... the accommodation desperately needed clothes hanging space and a dressing table of sorts. We had only the hanger on the back of a door to hang all of our clothes for a four night stay and had to use the small eating table as the personal and cosmetic makeup space. A huge shame considering the good standard of everything else.

Accommodation was excellent, clean and well appointed. access to the car park was excellent.

Super clean, sustainable; loved the vegan milk options, eco coffee/tea, comfy bed, lovely shower & toiletries, super friendly & helpful staff, free coffee/tea at reception if you wanted it. Location is fab to be in the hub of Manchester. Definatly recommend this property and would be very keen to stay in a COVE again.

If I had to be fussy about one point it would be that the check in process was a little slow. Asked to check in online first, which I did, but then I had to repeat the process on arrival so kind of made the faff of online check-in pointless. Also, on arrival we had to do £1 transaction fee, right before making full payment - surely full payment upfront was enough to show my card was valid? But really this was the only slight nag and probably bothered me more because we had been travelling quite a while - just all felt a bit unnecessary. Was also told the £1 would be refunded and so far this hasn't happened. Don't mind having to pay the additional £1, but think it should be made clear as to whether this is a refundable or not.

I love cove Manchester, the room, bed, kitchen and the cookware are super clean. The hand wash, hair wash and body wash with excellent smell and quality. The windows can be opened to let fresh air in. The lights are making the place warm and feel like home. The couch is super cozy. Television in bedroom is a bonus! The design is sweet so you can turn on/off the lights wherever you stand. I love the ideas of environmental friendly of this hotel!

Cleaning can only be done once a week, which is not enough for hygienic purpose especially for the dusts around. No one help for rubbish clean up as we cook every day so we have to clean that up every day and throw to the back alley

Very nice and clean property. Right in the city center. There is a paid parking right infront of the hotel so very convenient for any visitors. Only thing is there is no AC in the apartment. I thinks its a norm in Manchester. If you are looking for AC facility then please check. I think I missed that during the booking. However I asked for fan and they arranged the fan. With fan out stay had no issues. Really enjoyed out stay. I would definitely book this place again due to location, parking, and new apartments.

It’s very very hard to find anything that wasn’t exceptional. The staff were almost certainly the kindest, warmest and most welcoming I’ve seen. They were incredible and I can’t speak highly enough of any of them. The bed was as comfy as you could ever want, the room had everything you could possibly need and the location was perfect, a very short walk from the city centre. My partner was so pleased they want to go back just for the accommodation. I will add that we got a complementary upgrade which is always a lovely gesture but I’m sure the room we were meant to have would have been lovely too. They also let us leave our bags there after we checked out which was very nice and incredibly helpful. Fantastic place it really was

Lovely clean apartment, nice and spacious and had everything we needed. Showers were great, bed’s comfortable! Location was good and only a short walk from Piccadilly station. The luggage hold was handy as we got there a lot earlier than check in time.

It could of done with air con but we were provided with large fans in a few of the rooms so that was better than nothing. Could of done with more mirrors. The bedrooms didn’t have any, and as a group of girls trying to do hair and makeup together it was tricky as we all had to gather round the one in the hallway.

The location is great! Very convenient and easy to find. Room is clean and big enough for a family trip. Room facility is enough for travel use. The room has fridge, oven, kettle, bowls and cups, knives, chopping board, washing machine, dishwasher. And also has soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. I do need to buy anything for daily use. The reception is great and friendly. Check-in and out are all very easy and quick. Parking is convenient too and secure!

The beddings under the pillow are a bit dirty. Baby cot is not helpful so kid has to stay on the big bed with family so one of us have to use the sofa bed. The sofa bed is a bit small and too soft.

Great location in a quiet street just off the city centre. The reception and cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean, modern and tidy.

We would've liked mirrors in the bedrooms rather than having to go to the hall to check your clothing or the bathroom to put on makeup (do I assume that all rooms are the same in that respect?). Also a tv that had Chromecast link would bring you a bit more up to date (maybe you could loan a device on arrival, they don't cost much! We would've brought our own if we'd known). Some USB plug sockets in the bedrooms and the lounge would be a nice touch, again they don't cost much.
