Nice little cozy hotel, self check in with keybox. This is a perfect choice for someone who just wants to sleep and explore the area. Big smart TV in all rooms, including the shared kitchen and living room areas. Living room has a nice homey feel to it. With loads of dvds to choose from aswell as board games and a guitar. The manager/host Dino was amazing and very friendly and the same for the rest of the team.

Only bad point was when flushing the toilet, you could hear the pipes in the main room. But this would only last around 30 seconds.

Very comfortable & well equipped. There was the usual kettle, plus a fridge & microwave. There wasn't a TV in the room, but that meant it was quiet; no chance of noisy neighbours! A TV is available in the lounge for those who are desperate for added noise. The WiFi is superb. Small car park at the front of the hotel is very convenient.

Unusual room design. My room was on a split level; the bathroom was on the same level as the room's entrance door but the bedroom was down a short flight of stairs. Don't forget that if you're half asleep & need to use the bathroom in the wee small hours; I did (but only once).

Josephine was very welcoming, cheerful and helpful. Dino was very good to talk to and a decent chap. This is not a posh hotel, but that’s absolutely fine and not it’s remit. It is a self- catering room with all facilities you need in the room plus extras, including washing machines, tv lounge and kitchens, if you wish to cook. It’s unique and absolutely great, we’d stay again.

We had a family room, it had 3 double beds (also a sofa bed but we didn't need it) really spacious and much lovelier than in the pictures. Good facilities with the kitchenette and fridge in room and access to main kitchen.

Bathroom a little small and would have benefited with some hooks.

Upon arrival you would receive the key so you could come and go as you please, We were informed of this via E-Mail, I Booked a Double Room with un-suite, When room number was given I was shocked by how Cosy and Clean the room was for the Price we had paid, Excellent Value for Money. I met The Owner of this amazing Hotel (Dino) He was very Friendly and very Welcoming, as with the Majority of Hotels they like residents to check out before Mid day, I sent Dino TX message requesting a later time to leave, he replied quickly and very eager to give me the time without further charges being added, I also met Josephine, who is the Beautiful ,friendly Cleaning Lady, When ever I leave accommodations , I like to clean it first but Josephine insisted that i left it to her, Night-time was very quiet and Surreal, The little town that the Hotel is situated is Delightful and Charming, When I return, The only Hotel I would stay in would be Littlestone, Check it out for yourselves, To the Owner (DINO) Thank-you for your Kindness, To the Cleaning Lady ( Josephine) I found you so Sweet and Friendly, Your Hotel for me was an Home from Home experience, Lots of Love for you All, Caroline

Upon arrival, the host Dino welcomed me by upgrading my room and offering me a coffee, nice! The room was very spacious and clean, with a modern en-suite and a mini kitchen with a microwave and coffee/tea facilities. I liked the shared facilities: a large communal kitchen and a tv/games lounge, all in perfect order. Nice if you want to socialise a bit with other guests, and not something you find in many hotels. The hotel is right across from the miniature railway station so if you're interested in that (I am) it is perfect.

It was very warm but that is not something I can blame the hotel for! I expected this anyway so I brought my own small fan and that made a big difference. The main downside was that, my room being at the front, there was quite a bit of traffic noise early in the morning. Not to mention the seagulls! A minor oversight: there was no shaving mirror in the bathroom.

hotel was clean and as advertised. Very quiet even though we was next to a road , close to beach and ammenities. The staff was very helpfull especially Josephine and Dino.

Convenience of having a kitchenette in the room with fridge and microwave etc. Good and close by takeaways and groceries.

Bed too soft for our preference. Table and chairs would be better and more convenient than a sofa and coffee table.

Helpful information about how to check in etc on WhatsApp. Large very comfy bed. The room did not feel cramped, really liked no TV in room or on the floor - so quiet. Bliss. It was very easy to find and only a short walk to the sea front.

I was able to park in the hotel car park but the carpark is small, and crowded. The spaces ae small and getting out is hard . Having said that there is a car park over the road which is a lot easier - I have a small car so normally parking is easy.

Big windows, fast internet, big room, all the kitchenware you might need, loads of tea/coffee, clean, smooth check in.

Apartment facing quite a busy road, so on a louder side. It was pretty hot inside, I guess due to big windows.
