Food for both dinner and breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly

One small thing. There was no where in the shower to put your shower gel or shampoo apart from the floor. There are lots of inexpensive caddy’s that you can get, which would have been very useful.

Unusual location literally in the middle of a housing estate which wasn't a problem. Friendly welcome. Room spacious, bed comfortable. We stayed for dinner which was excellent. Service at the meal & for the order at breakfast by a wonderful lady with grey hair & glasses. Really went the extra mile in everything.

The chair in our room had a stain on it. The stairways are tired & grubby, but off-putting. Not enough toiletries supplied for 2. Breakfast was tasty but a bit rushed & you need more coffee options. We arrived about 8.50, a gentleman had cleared everything away by 9.10. You say breakfast is available until 9.30. We couldn't get more juice etc which wasn't great. Check out a bit dismissive.

The whole hotel was excellent. Staff were so very pleasent and helpful service Was quick and prompt, food was superb we had evening meal, good space between tables, so didn't feel squashed in. Good choice at breakfast and well cooked and presented. Would highly recommend.

Our room was small double it looked onto All kitchen extracter equipment, we were advised it may be noisy from 6pm to 11 pm The room seemed very hot, but a cold air console was in the room. But did not open windows as the fans were loud. We were not in the room much would choose a different room next time but that was the only thing.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Facilities in room were perfect. Amazing breakfast. Would definitely recommend and would revisit.

Some small patches of mould in the shower. We had to keep the window open as it was really warm and the Fans outside (possibly from kitchen) were quite loud but these did go off around 10.30pm.

Hopping Hare really went above my expectations. It was warm, cozy, and homey. The restaurant itself is nicer than the pictures, the prices great, food good quality, all the staffs were lovely and attentive! Breakfast ends at 9am, I got there at 8:59am not knowing it ends at 9am and they serviced me. Lended me a UK plug to charge my phone overnight since I had just landed and couldn’t get one in time. They took great care of me. Thank you.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The decor and ambience was very pleasant. The bed was comfortable. The food in the restaurant in the evening was very good - large portions.

The room was perhaps a little small and I was worried that the sizeable air con unit outside would be too noisy. In the end I did not hear it but we had the windows closed. The room (in the eaves)was hot at night when the outside daytime temperature had not topped 21 deg (probably less). There was an aircon unit in the room which we could have used. I was a little bit on edge to learn that staff are not present in the hotel overnight.

All facilities at the hotel were of a vey high standard. I booked a single room and didn't expect vast amounts of space to move around in, but the room had all the comfort i required. I did not have a meal at the restaurant during this visit, but know from previous visits how high the standard of cuisine is. A knowledge reinforced by the breakfasts and lunch that I had this time. The lunch was taken on a newly refurbished outdoor area and food,, service and ambience more than met my requirements.

I have nothing to complain about, I love this place and enjoy all my many stays

We were spending the day at Silverstone so wanted to say locally overnight somewhere. This fitted the bill perfectly. Room was spotless and modern, with tea & coffee, iron and all the normal other things you'd expect. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We didn't try the breakfast as had to be away early, but would return if in the area again for an overnight stop.

Nothing really, we were very pleased with our choice.

The supper was good as was the breakfast, staff were polite, it did the job for one night to accommodate our plans for a wedding we attended.

The place feels quite dated, the restaurant needs more atmosphere, possibly some soft background music, flowers on the tables, lighting to create some ambiance. Little touches go a long way. The rooms need updating, the furniture feels old. Bedside lighting didn't work.

I asked for a quiet room and got one. Was actually more spacious than I expected. Hospitality tray always a bonus and replenished daily. Stayed for two nights, ate in the restaurant on the first night and food was excellent. Breakfast good too, especially the full English! Have stayed here once before on a trip to Silverstone as was the case this time and would be my first choice again next time. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay a pleasant one
