Lovely room, from the family above as they were playing football in the room. Sleep well, good touch with the fridge in the room. Staff polite and very helpful. Couldn't fault then.

Noise an issue from the room above. Possibly problems with the drains as the bathroom had a slight smell of drains gone wrong.

The staff patiently wait us until 1am and provides us place to park 3 dirty bikes:) The triple room was definitely comfortable for 3 adults. Both the check in and out process was simple and efficient. The property is suited in convenient area closing to many shops and restaurants.

The comfortability about the place. It was just a walking distance to the event we came for. The staff was very good, friendly and helpful.

Everything has been so peaceful and lovely until Friday night some group of youths, screaming and shouting outside and inside the building, around 12an-2am, the noice was coming up from the room next to ours and

Friendly Staff, very helpful. The place is situated by the main road with access to lots of shops around. Very convenient. Carefeul with parking, free to park after 5 pm. Property has a lovely garden. Travelled on my own, felt safe. Comfy beds. Clean. Brilliant ensuite shower. Would recommend!

The building has incredible acoustics, so from time to time you could hear the guests above. Helped to sleep with music/ headphones. The place would much benefit from having a little stove to heat up/ boil some food and from access to some cutlery.

My single room wasnt ready on arrival so they gave me a free up grade, double room, clean and tidy room.plenty of space with a kitchen next door for use. Would 100% stay again.

Only one thing that i didnt like was the door bell could be heard ringing many times late evening, , however it was a Saturday night 😊

This was our 15-year anniversary the hotel went over and above really made our day very clean very organise very quiet area and very polite staff honestly I would totally recommend this place to anybody

Clean room, great staff- very accommodating. This place is pretty much equipped with everything I need for a 3/4nights stay in Northampton- self service kitchen and dining lounge. Situated in Wellingborough road where there are wide variety of restaurants and supermarket. Also loved that I have my own peace after a long day of work, overall I can consider this place a home away from home.

great location on the infamous “welly road” pub crawl street , great for non town center stay near the pubs and bar restaurants of the welly road !

nothing wrong, sink drain needs to be cleared to ensure drainage but other than that, bang on

Great staff, very accomodating. Easy to find, comfortable room. 2 bottles of water and drinks facilities in room. Microwave, table and chairs etc in the shared space

The shower was far too hot and not adjusting

Room was clean with a fridge. Although no dedicated parking I had no problem parking outside on the road for no charge

Would have been nice to have breakfast at the premises
