Beds were reasonably comfy a little soft for me, but that is just preference. The room was clean. Fan was provided. Parking onsite. Good system for collecting the key.

I am 6ft and room was in top floor with eves but this only affected me when near the bed. Very steep steps. People with mobility struggles would find this a challenge. The radiator was off the wall leaning up. Not an issue currently more the untidy aspect. Shower was not very good. War. Water but pressure was bad. Bit untidy outside with abandoned furniture. It would be good if there was a map with local shops pin pointed and restaurants if we were to stay a bit longer.

The location of the Blue Keys is quite convenient. We were able to walk to local facilities for meals. A little further we could reach the CBD. The free parking provided was very handy as we had a hire car. Our room was quite spacious, had a comfortable bed, a large smart TV and a good bathroom. We had a very comfortable two nights there.

We hadn't realised that the hotel has no reception to speak of. We arrived to find the front door securely locked. I rang the contact number who texted they I would be phoned back shortly. After that conversation a lady came to let us in and show us around. (We had been promised to be provided check-in instructions on the day of our arrival which didn't come until we were already checked in. They explained that we should have given notice of our arrival so we could have been met.) Once we had digested the information that the hotel was unmanned, it was actually quite fine and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice and clean, large TV, new fixtures and fittings, good shower plenty of hot water, good internet. Complete silence, we never heard any noise from anybody.

Poor comunication, never did find the email I was supposed to have recieved with the key code. Not told about the parking permit untill I asked on the second day, then sent a criptic photo of where the permit was that I couldn't see well and with no explanation. You do not meet anybody the accomodation is completely without physical contact. The sealant around the base of the shower where it meets the floor was old and mouldy.

Spacious room, very clean, fridge, microwave and tv.

No staff on site so a bit souless. We were on the second floor which when you have heavy cases and bags is not great as there was no lift. The stairs to the 2nd floor are steep and narrow so not really suitable for elderly or infirm people so that needs to be mentioned in the description of the hotel. The outside could do with a spruce up as looking tired.

Room was lovely spacious and clean. Lovely welcone when i arrived by a lady who showed me to my room etc.

Was to happy being woken up at 2am by roudy group of youngsters on my first night there and they were banging on the main door and shouting. I am assuming were staying in the hotel. Went on for ages. Heard someone say to them politley to be quiet and they were just rude back.

The bed was amazingly huge and extremely comfortable. The decor was outstanding beautifully done and tasteful. After only booking the room 5 minutes prior to arriving everything was accommodated for nothing was too much for the staff and owner. Would stay again.was just a tad expensive

For the price I paid it was a great deal!! Didn’t even expect it to be as nice as it was

Great location for the event we attended, clean and comfortable spacious twin room. Tea making facilities and a microwave, off road parking . Very pleased 😀
