For a solo trip to visit as many Titanic related locations in Southampton, it was great. PS Apartments were in constant communication via Whatsapp, and the flat was less than a 10 minute walk from Southampton Central station. The kitchenette was equipped with toaster, kettle, fridge, two-ring hob, pots and pans, and cleaning utensils, plus tea/coffee/sugar sachets. The bathroom was clean, accessible and it came with complimentary toiletries, which smelt lovely! Plus, the shower was easy to use. The double bed was comfy, and there was a lift to the 2nd floor which was great after being on my feet all day, with luggage as well.

The location is great, but because it is next to the high street, I was woken each night around 1am/3am by drunken idiots. Nothing I could do except close the window and go back to sleep. Not the apartments fault.

King room was excellent great space and very comfortable

The door to the entrance was not working I tried many times. It was hard coming in at 12 and waking up another apartment to buzz me in.

The position is literally perfect for a stay in Southampton. It is in the city centre, on the main street so it was very convenient. I also like the shower, the security and the kitchen . I also liked the view from the room and the big windows.

It wasn't super clean al our arrive. Unfortunately it wasn't a washing machine, the hairdryer didn't work and it was a little small for 2 people.

The king room was bigger than we've expected, very clean and welcoming. There was coffee, tea, milk, shampoo and body lotion little bottles waiting for us in the room. The bed was large and very comfortable. Massive screen TV.

There was no microwave, no tea spoons to make tea or coffee, the fan extractor in the kitchen did not work and the shower had few black stains (clean but needs new silicon ) and we didn't find any cleaning materials, broom or mop.

To update some of the more negative reviews recently I found the room to be very clean, well presented, and comfortable. I think the recent reviewers who did not find that the case were unlucky in that the cleaning contract must have gone awry for some reason. It would be good if the owners replied to their messages to explain the situation? I have stayed here 4-5 times and always enjoyed the experience. I recommend staying here if you prefer to cook your own meals and want a home from home in the heart of the City.

My only 'whinge' was not having a microwave as an alternative means of preparing food. The oven and hob, kettle, toaster, washing up materials, crockery, saucepans, glasses, and cutlery were all thoughtfully made available and were more than sufficient mind you.

Great facilities, great location as it’s in the centre. Very clean and it had everything you needed in the room.

Please be aware that there is no staff at this apartment and the doors are accessible through a passcode that will be given to you by the staff which you will use during your stay. At one point during our stay the passcode wasn’t working and the main door wouldn’t open and we were locked outside for 20 minutes. We tried to contact the staff through text as apparently we weren’t allowed to call them? We had no response and luckily another couple came out of the apartment and let us in and told us how they were in the same situation as well and wasn’t able to get any contact with staff. We were given an alternative way to get into the apartment after a staff contacted us about over an hour later.

Location is perfect, right in the centre with shopping street around the corner. Comfortable bed. Coffee/tea making facilities. Clean and bright place, I would definitely recommend.

I needed a place to store my luggage as my flight was late in the evening, but this was not possible as it is a self-check-in location. There was no remote for the (very large) tv in the room, or I have not been able to find it. Very good shower but sink in the bathroom did not drain well at all.

We booked 2 apartments some time ago and got them for a very reasonable price. Once we eventually found our rooms, they were extremely large, clean and we'll equipped. We were very impressed.

I lost count of the amount of email and WhatsApp messages this company sent me. They kindly upgraded us on the day before arrival, but this information got lost in the communication fog and we had a bit of an awkward chat with the chap who was in our original room He said it happens a lot. Only 1 room had a fan,, so ours was a little too warm on a hot summers night.

Great location, close to The Mayflower Theatre. Clever use of available space with good sized fridge, cooker, 2 ring hob, kettle and toaster. Complimentary toiletries and teabags/coffee sachets also left with sugar and uht milk sachets.

My wife tends to walk around bare foot and unfortunately the floor was dirty. Would suggest running the mop over the floor in between guests.
