Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and a huge comfortable bed! As soon as you open the private door and walk upstairs, it's very homely and there's lots of brochures to look at while you enjoy some tea and biscuits. Delicious hot breakfast was brought right on time and Sara is an absolute pleasure to see when you come and go. 100% will be back.

A loft conversion so some parts of the ceiling are quite low and my 6ft4 companion struggled a bit. Other than that, I can't fault it!

Great set up. Self catering, with breakfast cereals, provided and facilities such as microwave, toaster to allow you to make your own food.

Not the fault of the owner, but we came during a heatwave, so the apartment got a little stuffy in the evening, but we were able to enjoy the outdoor area to eat whilst we allowed the place to cool down with windows open. An electric fan was provided which was very helpful.

Owners very welcoming and accommodating. The room was very spacious and well laid out. Thoughtful extras provided such as milk/cereal, dressing gowns, shampoo etc. and dvds which made the stay even better. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable and quiet. Lovely location and place to sit outside. Great breakfast provided if required. Perfect for what we wanted.

Nothing at all!

Great having private entrance and outside space. Beautifully decorated with everything we needed for our stay plus a lovely touch of cereals, milk and juice. Coffee for the cafetière was excellent. We’d love to return - and have more time to sit outside and enjoy that beautiful view.

Nothing - my only request would be for an extra towel or X-L Bath sheet, but we’d bring extra ourselves if need be.

Room was wonderful with so many things added extras. . Loved the fact main window had net curtain and blind. Nice large spacious room. Lots of key essentials provided. Breakfast was lovely and lots to choose from. Great room had fridge, toaster, kettle and plenty of cutlery. Beautiful fields to walk around. Horse and dog to pet. Outside patio area to use also. So many great things really!

The big challenge was sadly an important one ‘the bed’ my partner and I both found it very uncomfortable. I tried everything including sleeping with a small folding towel under my back but it was no use. We had no issues with the bed where we stayed next door just very unfortunate that one didn’t work for us. Studio was clean. However, tv table did need a good dust and was a minor over sight. For those who like watching tv in bed set up doesn’t really allow it. Again a minor thing. TV is not a smart one but dvd are supplied and you could always bring your own or watch something on your device using their wifi code.

Nice unique rural retreat. Lovely being surrounded by fields and animals (horses and chickens). The room was spacious, with great attention to detail from the host. There has clearly been a lot of thought placed on the guests having a comfortable stay. You also felt looked after and attended to by Sara.

The only thing to mention would to include a double seat; albeit the space was used well and this may have already been considered.

The breakfast was absolutely fabulous,the best we have ever had in a hotel or b and b. The studio was immaculately clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the hostess, it was a delight to stay there.6

This was a trip to visit family. The studio is in a perfect quiet spot ideal to travel out and see the delights of Dorset The accommodation was excellent. Sara has thought of the finest detail and needs of people but was also around should we have needed anything..which we did not . Beds and linen were ample. Studio was spotless and warm. Cannot fault anything. A brilliant stay. Thank you so so much

Fantastic stay! We only booked for two nights due to our schedule but were made to feel very welcomed and at home. After a 3 hour drive, we had tea making facilities and milk in the fridge waiting for us - perfect! The bed is very comfortable, all very clean and well maintained. Sara's breakfasts were brilliant! Thank you 😊

Great location, very private and quiet studio with everything one could possibly need to hand. Lovely host Sara made me very welcome and delivered a delicious cooked breakfast each morning to the door. Surrounding countryside fantastic with lots to see and do. Tea and coffee in containers rather than those silly individual plasticy sachets, fresh local milk in a glass bottle in the fridge - way to go!
