The property was well situated, clean and the staff were so friendly. Very happy with the standard double room that we had, definitely worth the money. The restaurant downstairs was lovely also, delicious meals and worth the money.

The staff were lovely. Very friendly, especially Sam the beautiful receptionist. She was always smiling and very helpful. The food was excellent. Right on the beach front. The room was comfortable. Perfect. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

I honestly can't say anything bad about this hotel. Was made to feel very welcome and we have no complaints.

Location can't be beaten. Great host and fantastic staff, especially in the bar, you can really tell they care about taking care of you, and that's so refreshing in this day and age. Had far more cocktails than I would like to admit, but that is only because they are sublime (cant recommend the banoffee pie cocktail enough). I travel a lot for work, and food is generally an afterthought for a lot of hotels, but the food here was a level above what you would expect for the price. As an ex-native to weymouth for almost 15 years, there are few better places to eat, and I am a stern critic... Hard to fault anything. Great stay and will be back for more.

Breakfast very good: fresh: plentiful & easy to access. Staff lovely, helpful. Bar/restaurant nice food well cooked & tasty. Like the family/games room where children can play & be relaxed without annoying adults who have no children.

Minor point: towel rails & hooks for clothing in the bathroom would be nice. Bigger towels not so minor! More detail on where the Swannery car park is as the post code directed us to an apartment block & car park location not obvious when navigating a strange area on your own. More milk & decaf coffee in the rooms ( coffee provided forgot to ask for milk & room not serviced) All minor points & didn’t mar our visit overly: just would have enhanced further. Tv service not good: not many channels & kept losing signal: it’s free view so why all channels not available is a mystery.

The staff at the Jubilee were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble when I asked for anything. It was a brilliant location with a sea view and although I was travelling on my own I was included in their News Eve Party and other evenings of Karaoke etc which I really enjoyed also had yummy Xmas meal over all my stay was great and good value for money 😊

The walls in my room weren't that sound proof and sometimes could hear people in next room to me and their TV, the room was completely painted white I thought a couple of pictures on the walls would had made it a bit more homely 🤔

The staffing levels were diminished due to illness, however, the remaining members of staff completely stepped up to cover their colleagues taking on additional roles to support their customers and ensure the service element was still delivered and always with a smile. Lorraine has an amazing team to be proud of, and despite all of their challenges, they made sure we enjoyed our holiday. We have a large dog and were given a huge room out on its own, which was much appreciated. We would most definitely stay here again

Lovely place to stay in for short period. Came for one day but asked for extended period for one extra day and had no problems with it. Staff is friendly and supportive. Single room is tiny but okay just for 1 person plus it had it's own bathroom. Was upset only as no parking near the hotel (it was full and no space) even though it was said in ad that there is free parking included but administration provided with 2 parking options nearby for free 10 min walking from hotel. At least something. Rooms aren't really sound isolated so could hear someone snoring right behind the wall lol and cars outside. And my biggest frustration was check in/out timing. All over the world check in is always after 12-14 while here is after 3pm! And check out is no later than 10:30 while all hotels always say it's till 12. So be careful when you plan your holiday. Everything else is completely fine, highly recommend to stay in! Good value for money

Location was excellent, sea view was spectacular. Breakfast was what you expect at any hotels. Staff were all very helpful and willing to help.

Car parking allocation wasn't clear at the start. No car spaces left at hotel (make sure you check in early or at 3pm to potentially get a space). We did however, receive a card to place in car to park at another car park for free. It was just a bit of a faf with luggage. The lift wasn't working. Out of use for 3 months! The mattress was really worn, could feel the springs, but we only stayed for 1 night. Carpet in the hotel looked worn and old. Probably could need modernising with laminate flooring. Overall our stay was amazing, it's not a place I would stay for longer than 2 nights.

Perfect location, right opposite the beach and a few minutes walk down to the main busy promenade. Room was really fun! Didn't expect it but it was a circus themed room which was amazing surprise for the kids. Comfy beds. The staff here couldn't do enough to help with anything and everything you need, really friendly and family oriented! Super dog friendly too.

Room could have been more comfortable temperature with air con or even just a large fan, it was very hot summer days and the room was very hot on the nights.

Lovely hotel located in the seafront, close to shops and town centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help with what ever was needed , the room was a good size with nice big windows overlooking the sea, the rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was very good.This hotel also welcomes dogs which was perfect for our few days break with the family

There was a carpark at the hotel but it was very small and meant that other cars had to be moved to get car out but the drivers were always available to help with this. The decor was a bit worn but OK
