Yes was great hotel and friendly staff.

We had to pay for bottled water as they don’t put a complimentary bottle in the room. it’s the first time ever this has happened after staying in 100s of hotels. Bit mean when your paying £760 for two nights stay. Its the principal not the money. For that reason I won’t stay again.

Everything about this Boutique was top notch. The staff, the room, the food, the location... all 10 out of 10. Me and my partner stayed 3 nights for her 40th birthday and I am very pleased to say the stay was very special for her special birthday. The room was tended every day with extreme care and attention. The staff were magnificent and the room and spa facilities were luxurious. I bought some of the balloon packages as a surprise and all requests were handled professionally and they did a great job at making it look magical and romantic. We will be back.

Very nice hotel, great rooms with hot tubs, steam rooms, spa baths all very nice. Food was lovely and staff were brilliant. We really did enjoy our stay.

One thing bothered me.....I completley understand that one cannot smoke in a hotel room nowadays. On the booking.com advert it says rooms are smoke free, of course they are, we all know that. I booked a room specifically with an outdoor area because I (foolishly) thought my wife would be ok to smoke outdoors. I had to pay in full on booking and there was no way to cancel and get a refund, but it wasn't until I'd paid that I received the policy about the entire place being smoke free, even the car park. So, if one of you smokes you need to go and stand on the street. Kind of takes the edge of a nice romantic break. I understand that non-smokers couldn't care less about smokers, I guess the owner has never smoked. Despite this I have given 9/10 for our stay, I just wouldn't do it again.

Everyone we spoke to and were helped by at Windermere Boutique gave us great service. They were very personable and friendly and made us feel completely at home. Staff were very nice and couldn't have been more accommodating. It was very quiet and being on the top floor was very quiet and no other noises disturbed us. The little touches in the room e.g. towel animals and little hearts and rose petals were very nice! Jet bath was really lovely and relaxing. Sauna room and relaxation room both great. Breakfast was amazing and I can't believe that whoever was on reception also did breakfast, it was very impressive and delicious. It was helpful to have parking and was equally walkable to Windermere and to Bowness. We received a friendly goodbye which was appreciated!

I'd definitely recommend the room we booked as there was so much space and felt special to have basically an apartment set up but next time personally we will go for a bigger suite with a hot tub as an even bigger treat. We found it difficult to keep the room cool so it got a bit warm (which is the weather's fault really). The silicone around the bath could use a tiny bit of TLC.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and helped with anything they could nothing seemed to much bother for them we were seated in the lobby and brought over a free glass of prosseco. We was celebrating my partners birthdays I rang up and paid for certain things to be in the room like Rose petals and prosseco balloons and other things they were well laid out for our arrival. We arrived and I asked if we could upgrade and we did no prbolems at all for them to make the upgrade and to be honest I think I made the right choice thanks to Charlie and the lady who was there before Charlie. I had originally booked the penthouse snug suite but ended up with the tivoly suite. We had access to steam room and hotube and jacuzzi bath we enjoyed all the facilities and the extras. We will definitely be heading back soon The breakfast was a nice wake up call brought to the room breakfast of champions in bed couldn't have asked for anything else.

Nothing not to not like I suppose clean and tidy and food was nice. Maybe just other things that give you the relaxing vibes as such like relaxing music or lower lighting that can be bright or dimmed down

Charlie was an exceptional host helped us with our bags to the room and explained everything perfectly . The hotel was impeccably clean, modern and had great spa facilities . Our breakfast was delicious and loved that we could have it to our room. Location is perfectly situated between busy Windermere on the left and a quieter town to the right . Glass of bubbly on arrival and great cocktail menu .

In the dining area room the coffee and tea facilities where very low down on a table which made it a little tricky to make a coffee. I'd maybe look at moving this .

I stayed here with my boyfriend at the weekend, and we had the best time here! Such a lovely little hotel with a lot of character but still with a luxurious feel. The staff (Charlie) were incredibly friendly and professional and nothing was a problem. The room was huge, well decorated and clean. We ate breakfast on a morning which was excellent too. The location of this hotel is perfect, just along road from Windermere so very easy to walk to and from! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

The Windermere Boutique Hotel exceeds all expectations. From the moment you arrive you a looked after, like a member of the family. Everything was amazing. The rooms are fantastic and so luxurious. The food is exceptional. These people care. Katherine and Charlie are simply amazing. We met the owners too who were so kind and helpful. Such a gem of a place.

We stayed in the Love Snug. If you're tall then watch out as the low ceilings mean you're bending down alot. It's not a major thing as the suite is so amazing. But certainly something to take into consideration.

Location was perfect for walks into Windermere and down to the Lake. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We were welcomed with a glass of Prosecco on arrival Our room was brilliant with a very spacious bedroom, bathroom with large shower. Separate living room and spa room. The hotel were kind enough to give us a card and chocs as we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. The breakfast and evening meal were delicious Overall a perfect hotel to provide luxury private spa facilities. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here. We will definitely be back

No real gripes at all. The only thing I would maybe point out is that bathrobes are provided but slippers are not. If they had these that would have been perfect for use in the spa area and around the room.

Staying here felt like all the comforts of home in the bedroom and all the luxury of a spa at the same time. It was heaven and a lovely relaxing treat. The staff were helpful and friendly and the glass of prosecco on arrival was a lovely welcome too. Would definitely recommend 🥰

The shower was a little temperamental in getting the temperature right and seemed to take ages to adjust so was always either too hot or cold but it wasn't a huge inconvenience
