The staff was friendly when we checked in, and we found the room very clean and well stocked with soap, lotion, shampoo, et c. The gym was excellent with bicycle, eliptical and treadmill and free weights. The 24/7 fresh brew coffee in the lobby was a definite plus.

I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. There were few choices for those with health issues. There was oatmeal, but no regular without sugar, only sugary choices. There were no whole grain bread choices, just a white bread bagel, and no peanut butter packets. The hot breakfast choices were only high fat biscuits with pork products. However, the fruit and yogurt choices were very good.

Breakfast was very good and the location was excellent.

The iron left dirty spots on my clothing when attempting to iron. The water did not automatically run out of the sink quickly even though the drain was open. The window shade did not come evenly and completely down. Since I was not accustom to a hotel with no closet with hangers, it would have been helpful if hangers were provided that could not be removed.

We were amazed how clean the rooms and other parts of the building where. We like that the most. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. We were able to sleep soundly in a strange area.

Floor mats in the bathroom or more towels that can be use when stepping out of the shower wet would have been great. Also, one of our rooms didn't have a mini refrigerator.

The room was amazing, had USB plugs on the wall sockets and wifi was good. The morning food was good, grab and go stuff, cereal and warm sausage biscuits. The lobby looked fancy, had a lot of seating. Bathroom was actually pretty large.

The lack of a mini fridge was a bit odd, but they did have a working ice machine, which was still pretty good. The one major issue with the hotel is it's location. If you want to go north on college street, you need to perform a u-turn.

A mini-fridge in the room. I expected there to be one (there always seems to be one in this price range); I had to toss the "doggie bag" because it'd be fifteen hours since leaving the restaurant and arriving home. No water glasses/plastic cups.

My husband checked in and raved about how awesome the front desk attendant was. The room was beautiful and stocked. Breakfast had lots of options, so much so that the family went down a second time just to look. Overall a 5 star experience! We would definitely stay again!

I was already wowed by the lobby. The lobby is clean, well decorated, and inviting. Our room was amazing and we will definitely stay here when we come back in town.

There was really nothing that we didn’t like. Everything was clean and met exceeding expectations.

Location was convenient to stores, restaurants, and roads/interstate. Modern layout and amenities.

Key cards kept needing to be reprogrammed. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain well. Difficult to enter parking lot if heading Northbound from Interstate-85, you have do to a U-turn.

Clean & organized lobby, clean halls, clean room, smelled clean pleasant. The Staff Member Steven That checked Me in was Knowledgeable of the hotel and the surrounding area, greeted us coming and going, always offered us assistance. I loved my bed was comfortable and maid very well.

A pool is all that is missing.

while not a luxury hotel the property was very practical and comfortable. Excellent bathrooms comfortable beds and pillows. plenty of space for storage large tv with many channels. decent breakfast and friendly staff
