We just stopped in to sleep for the night the room was good the staff was very nice and it was 9 out 10 in clean we got a king bed the room was big and the bed was comfortable there was something left behind from the previous people then we called the desk and they were fast to came get it. Very great stay will do again

They had some issue going on with the fire alarm flashing husband couldn't handle it with his seizures but it was only in the hallway. Least was no noise

Clean, well-maintained traditional-style property (carpet, drapes, closet) with large walk-in shower including shower seat and hand-held spray; also, long grab-bars in the shower and at the commode and a night-light built into the blow-dryer. Mini-fridge and microwave. Exercise equipment and business center. Abundant hot and cold breakfast choices. Suggestion: use your GPS, which will direct you to the Veterans Highway entrance rather than Spirit Drive.

More parking spaces. When I returned from Anastasia at the Gogue Center, there was only one left that wasn't for club members. A hotel sign at Veterans Highway. I made three wrong turns coming off Exit 51: at the car dealership after I passed the Spirit Drive sign, at a dirt lot near the Spirit Drive sign, and onto Spirit Drive, which looked like the dirt lot and led to the back of the hotel so I had to find the main entrance.

The beds were wonderful!!! The rooms were very clean! The breakfast was awesome too! This was the 1st place I stayed at that actually had bacon instead of sausage. This is a quiet place to stay as well. The lady at front desk was doing everything and done a great job at it too. She is very nice! I recommend this place already and will stay there again if ever int he area!!!

Although this was no fault of the establishment, the ongoing contract dispute btwn Disney and Spectrum resulted in several channels not being available for viewing - espn, sec network. There was no Gideon Bible in our room. The front desk clerk said there should have been when we asked about it, but there was none available.

The Room was clean and met our needs and expectations as to value for the price. The Breakfast was disaapointing. There were two pans of bacon, assuming different but not marked. Juice machine had only two selections. I have been generally disappointed with breakfast in a variety of different hotels over the last year. Nowhere near to the level of pre covid. We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel on the second morning.

Seems there may be a staffing issue. The same lady checked us in, we saw her still there later in the evening, & again when we checked out the next morning. Due to staffing shortage, had to wait for someone when cking in & out. She was very cordial & apologized for the wait.

The room had fresh carpet, paint and it was clean. The room and hallway smelled fresh. The breakfast was pleasant, you actually had a few options. We only stayed one night and the weather was awful 😪. Didn't see too much of the house keeping but, the front desk staff was nice. We definitely will return.

The hotel seemed a little dark. The view is mainly of a wooden area, Didn't care for the view. The elevator was old and slow 🐌. Didn't see any vending machines for snacks.

Breakfast was fine, simple but effective, but the bed was THE MOST comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel.

the elevator was coming apart at the floor and the wall/floor moved visibly as the elevator rode up the shaft. While it was safe to ride, it is concerning.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast should have had some healthier choices for heart patients and diabetics. I would like to have seen one non-sugary dry cereal choice and and peanut butter packets for the waffle, since there were no toast or bagel choices.
