The beds were so comfortable

There was just a little hair in the shower, which can happen when you clean it I guess. They only had skim milk for breakfast. There was no vitamin D nor 1 or 2 percent milk and they stated they don’t carry it anymore because their customers did not request it. If I spend that money for an night I expect regular milk. I love Hampton Inn, but I will reconsider this in the future.

Front desk accommodated us every time with towels, room service, etc. Kids enjoyed the pool everyday. Breakfast buffet every morning was good.

The extension shower head never did work in our 4 day stay. It's supposed to be accessible for wheelchair bound patients. So taking a shower for her was a task.

Abysmal- so bad the first night stay that n the return trip and our second stay we skipped breakfast completely. The orange juice was completely frozen when n the fridge. The hard boiled eggs (cold) were impossible to get into. We had yogurt and the English muffin was completely stale. We stay at the same Hampton Inn every year when we visit our daughter in South Carolina. It is a good stop coming from Louisiana. But the breakfast is completely inedible during the pandemic.

Every breakfast item and the fridge was not kept stocked.

Everything was great! The front desk clerks were friendly. The place was very clean, and location very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Had a great stay. War Eagle!!

The tv gave me a hard time at first.

Breakfast was good given the COVID circumstances. Your staff is fantastic. In particular, I would like to recognize a young woman ( I forget her name) who managed the front desk during the day on 1/26/2021 who went out of her way to assist me in printing up my airline tickets when I was having problems with the printer in the business center. She was very kind, professional and most helpful and should be recognized by senior executives for a job well done !!

The room was large with a comfortable bed.

The front desk attendant was initially rude during check-in. The hotel also called me early Saturday morning to say that my reservation had been canceled when they had already withdrawn the money out of my account. Then they called back and said that they made an error.

Size of the room was spacious, comfortable and quiet.

Breakfast was a disappointment. It has been better. Not enough choices. The breakfast at La Quinta is a real breakfast.

Everything was great except I didn’t initially have bath towels and had to wait at least 30 minutes for them.

Great location. Lots of stores and places to eat near by.

Bed cover too thick so you need to turn the AC way down not to get hot in the night.
