Easy access, clean, and Comfortable
this was an incredibly traumatic stay for us. My granddaughter was at UAB intensive care. We came in after midnight on the night that she died I asked that coffee be sent up. 8 1/2 hours later it still did not arrive. in situation like this, all you want to do is just have a coffee get up and go. Staff was Incredibly polite about the situation, but never delivered. The manager did respond and comped me one of the nights.

The lady at the front desk breyana was really nice n pleasant , very knowledgeable about wjat is going on ( i didnt get a chance to rate her but she was awesome) the guy in the morning staff about 9am was very pleasant also and made sure my stay was wonderful
My room.wasnt vacuumed when i arrived and i did not have a privacy ( do not dosturb door knocker in my room i had to ask for it)

It had a ‘nicer than the average hotel’ feel to everything. Also really liked that the TV had Netflix and YouTube.
I didn’t feel that it was a good value. I could understand slightly higher than average rates for this experience but, for what I paid, I felt that peeling paint on the walls of the room, no microwave, and not enough wow factor was a disappointment. There’s a disparity between the slightly better than average experience and the much higher than average (X2) price.

The property is located near many restaurants and is easily accessible from the main road. We decided to eat at the lounge and were pleasantly surprised at how good the drinks and food were. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. We were only passing through but we would definitely book here again.

The front desk was excellent. They helped me get around the idiots at Booking.com. The bartender was the best ever. Shower was very nice.
The breakfast was over priced. The glass door on the bathroom is incredibly stupid. Having to light up the room several times in the middle of the night is bad.

The traffic around the hotel was terrible, but the hotel itself was very nice. I found the bathroom setup to be kind of cumbersome. We had a nice dinner at the restaurant in the hotel, and it was relaxing after a long day of driving.
The bathroom setup and part of the sliding door to the bathroom kept coming off when you tried to close the bathroom door.
