Holiday Inn Express Fairhope - Point Clear, an IHG Hotel

This is a Holiday Inn?!? The Fairhope Holiday Inn totally exceeded my expectations: HUGE super clean room, with very comfortable bed and pillows. The generous breakfast bar offers Cinnabons, greek yoghurt, eggs...!...not just dry cereal and plastic spoons! We were very pleasantly suprised. And of course the staff was super friendly, and even let us grab some breakfast even after the breakfast bar had closed.

Longer breakfast bar hours: When on vacation, it would be great to have the option of eating breakfast until 10am. Not all of us are early-risers on vacation. The staff, however, was very accomodating and understanding: A-plus!

I got the Queen room with two queen beds and it was very spacius. The brds were very comfortable.The location of the hotel is in a great location for restaurants and stores. The breakfast was great and the staff was super nice. The lady that works the breakfast in the morning was the best, she deserves a raise for her kindness and hard work.

Although the Queen room that I had was nice but the beds were smaller than I expected. I think they were really full size beds and not queen.

The clean room all out the hotel 🏨 was so clean don't seem like covid living anywhere in the building.

The living was fresh so clean,the African American sista worked the breakfast area 🙌 needs to run a buffet there also the other lady 👩 she was full of nice greetings

This is only place we stay when we are in Fairhope. Room are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and so convenient. Everyone greets you with a smile.

The breakfast is amazing!! I love they have shampoo conditioner body wash and make-up remover wipes provided. The beds are super comfy and the inside and rooms are clean. It's animal friendly so I did hear dogs barking some as we would come by but other than that it was quite. Good A.C. and nice choice of pillows soft or firm on the bed. Multiple choices of tv channels. But I would stay here again if in the area.

They do not come in and clean your room or beds even if it's a week stay and I do not like that. Also they have been blocking off the parking lot due to construction so get ready for a walk and also waking up early to beating and banging!!!! Also they now have had to close the pool due to construction workers getting debris in it and now we can't use it on the last chance we had to swim!! Very aggravated especially when you have children shut up in a room!! The water pressure could be better as well.

We didn't care for the breakfast. The quality of the food was not good at all. The pastries were satisfactory. The rest of the menu needs to be revamped. You asked about the breakfast so that is why I answered here.

Breakfast. You need more than juice and coffee to drink.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean; the processes in place for extra COVID cleaning were impressive. There was a wonderful variety of pre-packaged foods for breakfast including multiple cereals, pastries, juices, coffee, milk (including soy milk), sausage egg and cheese biscuits, fresh pancakes and more. It was set up as a walk-up service so no worries about being in an enclosed space with everyone else. The bed was extremely comfortable and there wasn’t a lot of noise.

The only complaint— the water pressure in the shower could have been a little stronger.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and I had plenty pillows which usually is a problem with most hotels. I had a little maintenance issue upon checking in and when I called front desk—they responded quickly and fixed the issue. The employees were really nice.

The hotel was too close to the highway and the noise was rough. You could hear noises from the guest rooms too much.

Came for a destination wedding. Book your hotel to keep travel prices down. We were expecting much less for pricing. You were great. Large comfy room, quiet, clean and best breakfast I’ve ever had at continental breakfast. Plan to only use your hotel change when avail in future travels.

Location was ideal!

Bed was a little too soft for me. No ice machine on our floor. Not that it’s the property’s fault by others were slamming doors past midnight! Maybe some courtesy signs would help with this.
