Best Western Plus Daphne

Safe. Convenient location. Nestled by trees and other hotels. Parking was very ciThe room was beautiful, clean, quiet, comfortable. Air conditioner was nice and cool, super quiet. The window shades pulled down complete dark at night. It was delightful for a holiday weekend. I Got a great deal through Booking.com. Parking as convenient. Checking in and out was quick. They had one breakfast, including eggs, and sausage and biscuits and gravy.  There was a Starbucks across the street from the hotel, as well as a McDonalds. The drive to the beaches was about an hour but the scenery was pretty. Definitely coming back.

The room or suite was very spacious! It included a sitting area and a jacuzzi. Everything was clean, and there were more than enough towels, which is a little unusual, but greatly appreciated. The staff was extremely friendly also. The breakfast was delicious! What a wonderful meal! Hot and tasty too, I was impressed! I also appreciated that I only had to park once. There was no driving around trying to find where to park, no looking around trying to find our room. I was really was happy with our stay.

The only thing I can think of was that there was no signal on either of the TV's, but we maybe we did not push the right buttons.

inside and out the property was very clean and nicely decorated. everyone on staff was especially friendly and helpful. the room was surprisingly spacious, very clean, and comfortable. it had a large entry way, a sitting area with a small sofa, coffee table, and tv. the bed was comfortable, the bedding was clean and very good quality and the sleeping area had another larger tv. they served a hot breakfast of everything you could want: make your own waffles, hot & cold cereals, eggs, gravy, sausage, hashbrowns, etc. it was all very clean. booking.com offered a very low rate, well below other properties in the area. we highly recommend the best western.

we liked everyone and everything

Clean and modern facility. The majority of staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The breakfasts on both mornings were fantastic. I found the location to be great for me needs, Close to I - 10 and to the local communities as well as to Mobile.

There was an issue to constantly running water in one of the adjoining rooms which proved irritating. I alerted the desk clerk but was told that maintenance had to look into the problem. I think it would have been solved easily by checking the stopper on the toilet in the adjoining toom.

Check-in was taken care of quickly. Our room smelled clean as we entered the room. I liked the black-out shade. There were a variety of options offered for breakfast, hot and cold. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and a nice shopping area. This is the second time we have stayed here and would come back.

The only suggestion would be to remove the carpeting in the rooms.

The a/c in the first room we were given was not working , and they immediately gave us a new room! The accommodations were great! Also the breakfast was very nice, and the coffee was strong, and good ( very important! 😄). The Best Western + in Spanish Fort-Daphne is definitely on our "use again" list! We travel fairly often from Tx to points east, so it's nice to have a good stop we can count on!

I picked this hotel based on the location of our destination. It was very clean and the staff was wonderful to us. The breakfast is typical of what you expect to get at the hotel.

They didn’t have orange juice for breakfast and the choices were limited but I wouldn’t complain too much because everything was wonderful there.

Everyone there was very nice and helpful. We arrived late and our air wasn't working in our room. We was so tired we went to bed. The next morning I went to front desk and they immediately gave us another room. I will be back.

It was very clean. Bed was comfortable. The location was very convenient. Employees were friendly.

The breakfast was not as good as I was expecting. I ran out of towels. The room wasn't cleaned or towels replaced during my 5 day stay.

As I entered the property to initiate my check in. I was greeted by Alisha. An extreme warm welcoming. She assisted my needs & was very professional & attentive from our check in process, to extending our stay due to hurricane Ida & checking us out. Her professionalism has allowed me to book another stay at the same facility as I visit my daughter at the end of the month.,she deserves to be recognized. Especially as I observed her assist other guest before assisting me. She’s definitely an asset to your front desk & company.
