The room was clean and amenities were great. Beds were comfy. I loved being able to easily get my morning starbucks coffee.
There were no loggage trolleys available for over 30 minutes while my husband and I waited to unload. We are moving 1800 miles so we had a significant amount of luggage with us. After i had finished making multiple trips to our room a staff member finally found us a lugage cart. Unfortunately the majority was already done. They need to purchase more to have avaiable for guests.

Paying for parking. I’ve stayed at another Marriot Courtyard before and never had to pay for parking. Also, there was a family with kids upstairs and they kept running around late at night and early morning.

This is a good, fairly new hotel property located about a mile from downtown (historic) Flagstaff. The hotel is large and spacious and very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. Everything in the room was in perfect working condition, and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of outlets for my electronics. Everything was fine.
If you know this class of hotel, then you know what to expect. There are few surprises. They are either adequate or not adequate. For this particular hotel, I have no complaints. It was fine. It was exactly what I expected.

The hotel charge me more then they were supposed to. I didn't have enough to get back home I'm hoping they refund me back for the over amount they took out of my BANK!!

Location is great, and we are always staying in that area when we visit. It looks very nice and updated throughout the entire facility. Great outside seating area with fireplace that we enjoyed for a bit.
Sofa bed is smaller than usual, and it was visibly dirty. Someone should be cleaning the upholstery more often on it more frequently. The bed itself had a clean sheet but it was bothersome and made us feel uncomfortable to sleep on. Although the room was clean, there was an empty can of soda in the closet and made us doubt whether it was thoroughly cleaned as it should be. With COVID and all measures that should be taking place, it was a bit disappointing.

Good location.
No microwave in room, was assigned a accessible room without being told. Was assigned a lower room when I requested a Hugh floor. Was told that I couldn’t get it because they were sold out, even though there were people checkin in after me. Stuffy room No extra toilet paper in room. Door to the room didn’t come all the way down so the hall light came through making it hard to sleep. Oh and towels hanging directly over the toilet is unhygienic.
