Sleep Inn Flagstaff

Good size room with comfortable bed. Friendly staff besides one. Very nice facilities. Close to restaurants and shops. Reasonable breakfast included.

This was in a great location! The pool and hot tub was excellent! Breakfast was so yummy. The guy Cameron that checked us in was very sweet. Always had a smile on his face. He was also there early the next morning with a smile on his face and really polite. The breakfast lady was a busy bee keeping up with everything. Restocking constantly and doing a great job! I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again if we ever pass through! They bed were comfy, pillows were great, room was large and shower felt great! I loved it had a chair in it so I could read. It was perfect!

There's nothing that I didn't like about it

the staff was amazing from when we arrived to when we left! the room was cozy and clean. pool and spa area was exceptional, especially for the price of the stay! Finally, the location was great!

the only notable issues that didn’t really affect the stay were mainly noise. the walls weren’t thin, but we were able to hear out to the hallway pretty easily. It’s also close to the freeway, so you might hear freeway traffic. Again, didn’t affect our stay or sleep, but if you’re a light sleeper, that would be something to consider.

Bed was comfortable. Small sink and bathroom was very well designed for small room like this. TV easy to figure out. Only modest amount of noise from other rooms probably because the TV appears to be mounted on a panel, not directly on the wall, which probably decreases TV sound transmission between rooms.

Only one very small spot in shower for soap, shampoo etc.. Loud refrigerator compressor. Room is small enough that it is difficult to also have the luggage holder out for your bag. Plenty of food options nearby.

Clean, nice location to freeway access, restraint’s and shopping. Not far from the center of town and extremely friendly staff.

I was just a little concerned about the temperature of the breakfast on our second day, especially with the breakfast meat. We ate about the same time each day and perhaps because there were more people having breakfast on the first day, there seemed to be someone monitoring the area and the food was fresh and hot, but not so much on the second day.

Great location off Hwy 40, we were driving from California to Texas and needed a quick reservation for an overnight stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable for my brother and I to get a good nights sleep before completing our long drive. Breakfast in the morning was a very nice addition to our early start and the food was good with nice selections. If I ever get back to Flagstaff I’ll definitely consider this location again.

I have had the opportunity to stay in a few different Sleep Inn hotels and I have never been disappointed. These hotels are beautifully decorated and well kept. The breakfast options are outstanding. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. Our room was spotless. There was a nice sized desk so if you are traveling for work it would be a great spot to set up your laptop and whatever else you need. Given the opportunity I will always choose Sleep Inn because I know I will be taken care of!

Breakfast was good. The room was in good shape with a comfortable bed, and the hotel was walkable to some restaurants. I liked being able to access the downstairs via the nearby steps and not having to use the elevator.

The King room was a lot smaller than the second room we booked with double Queens. Although it was just me and my husband, there wasn't a lot of extra room for suitcases and for him to be able to use the desk easily. The bathroom was also small and strange with just a tiny toilet space and shower that jutted out into the bedroom.

It was an easy on/off of I-40, with gas stations nearby, also with easy access. Easy to find, with nice amenities. There were little things, like the luxurious lotion in the room and the refreshing, clean smell and look of the room, that made the stay so comfortable. There was a QR code for a relaxation app (genius!) you could use to help relax and get to sleep, but I fell asleep before I could try it! Plenty of towels, hot water, fridge, efficient & relatively quiet a/c (room was cooled before arrival) and CLEAN!! I was skeptical with it being one of the least expensive options, but I was glad I chose to stay here.

My only ‘complaint’ would be limited parking. There were only 2 spots left when I arrived (very late) and one of them had one car over the line, making it impossible for another to park there. There was no visible parking for someone with a trailer, but I didn’t investigate to see if there was additional parking on the other side, because I was too tired haha.
