Breakfast was amazing and very enjoyable. They had this cool pancake making machine. You can sit outside and eat if you want to. The Jacuzzi and pool were very relaxing and took up time. It's a 4 floor hotel so there is a lot of space. They have an ice machine and a vending machine.

There aren't many dislikes. However, we could hear someone running back and forth above us. It's nothing that the hotel can control with that. Cleaning isn't mandatory. You have to call and let them know or hang the sign outside the door. The trash cans in the room are a little small.

Over all, nothing really to claim. Comfortable bed in a big sized room. Bathroom nice size as well. All around clean. AC worked a little loud, but well, and was good adjustable in 1° steps. Desk with a real desk chair! Remarkable between all the hotels with uncomfortable work environment, I visited before.. Breakfast for the US was as well good. Some more less healthy food available. In colder season, definitely possible to discover the center of Phoenix from the hotel also by hiking. In summer now, you need a car or driver. Over all, again, zthe hotel is OK.

A safe in the room was missing and the AC worked a little loud.

The room and bathroom were very big and spacey. Comfy bed.

when i entered the hotel in Uber, I was dropped off in a different hotel. The receptionist told me that this happens a-lot, as the Holiday inn used to be at that location in the past, so people arrive due to confusion.

The location was close to everything we wanted to do in Phoenix. Other reviews said that it's in a bad area but I don't think the area is bad at all. It's in an older part of downtown but I never felt unsafe there and didn't see homeless people like other reviews had stated. The staff was very nice and the whole entire place was clean and fresh looking. The beds were super comfortable! I liked that they had Dove products in the bathroom.

The only thing we didn't like was the pool area. It was really tiny considering the size of the hotel. Also the pool water was murky and filled with bugs. The hot tub water was crystal clear so something must be going on with the pool's filtration system.

Firstly, we got there way earlier than the check in time but they were able to get us in straight away which was amazing, especially when me and my partner had been travelling and had no sleep in NYC the night before. The hotel was very clean and quiet and the room was a double queen deluxe which was perfect for me and my partner to sleep well. The room had everything we needed from a hairdryer, to ironing boards, to all dove toiletries. We also had a fridge and a microwave which came in handy! We had a nice view of the sun and the city too. On our exit I asked about the cost of water which was about 4.50 a bottle but they gave us 2 for free. My partner also lost his phone in a taxi and the hotel tried to help us and check in with us. Very friendly staff, very impressed. Thank you for a good stay. Love from Barnsley, England 🙂

Everything was fabulous, although the pool wasn't in use. Had we really been wanting to use it this would have been disappointing.

Room was so clean and comfortable. Check in was fast and easy. Will be staying here again on my next road trip.

Stayed at this hotel while in the area for a concert. The hotel itself was great, however the location leaves some to be desired. If you're looking for a place to stay that is a short uber from the airport and/or downtown then this is a great option, but there isn't much else close by. Most bars, restaurants, and grocery stores are not in the direct area and therefore require getting an uber/lyft/taxi. Now to the room itself - absolutely fantastic! The beds were comfortable, the rooms were sizeable, and they were clean. I wanted to take the bathroom mirror home with me because the lights were perfect for getting ready! This location also offered a continental breakfast which was great. Selection is limited but enough to hold you over if needed :)

The room seemed new and pretty clean. I like the fact that the duvet cover is washable and that non washable dust covers are not used. It was nice to have so many lighting options in the room. Overall, the perception of cleanliness was great. The front desk staff were all very nice.

The wall of the shower in my room (room 329) was very damaged. Specifically, the lower portion of the shower wall had a large 12” long cut in the plastic shower wall, the drywall is visible through the damage. The baseboards around the shower and toilet baseboards were dirty, it seemed like there was old glue or sticky residue from duct tape all around the bathroom baseboards that should definitely be removed. The dirty baseboards/edges were memorable and it took away from the overall clean feeling of the room. The drawers of the dresser have never been cleaned. Each drawer contained a lot of long human hairs and some paper trash/clothing tags from previous guests who used the room prior.
