Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Downtown

Location was great. Surrounded with several fast food chains. Easy metered parking. Decent breakfast options. Staff were great. Fast, easy, and efficient check in and out.

No hotel guest parking except the $41 a night valet parking.

Hampton Inn Downton PHX is close to everything so you can just walk to where you need to go. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfy. Would recommend.

A warning that parking wasn't free. Valet is 39 and the other lot is a block away so be prepared to carry your bags.

Want to thank Tyra, Irvin and Jordan with whom I interacted the most for helping me feel welcome. They went above and beyond by checking up with me during my stay, making sure my accommodations remained to my satisfaction. I highly recommend staying here for the staff and location alone. Lots to do within walking distance and the lightrail is a block away as well should you need to venture further. Thank you again for everything!

The valet is pricey, but given the location downtown, it's understandable how difficult it may be to maintain parking availability for those who travel with a vehicle.

the parking situation, we had to pay $39.00 a night to park our car! They have no parking for hotel guests!! As a guest of a hotel we shouldn’t have to pay to park our cars!!!!

Sheets were super soft and comfy like home / breakfast was good/ design of room and space was excellent/ location was perfect to ASU and city; walking distance to most things/MAIDS AGAIN :) we had our beds made and new fresh towels. Staff was SUPER NICE

Valet although hard working was little bit of a mess. I left my phone in my car by accident - asked that an attendant grab it for me and give to front desk OR HOLD IT and I would come down and retrieve from them "at their convenience" I knew they were busy. They did grab it, but after an hour I finally called down and front desk had it but said Valet didn't know which guest it went to. :( I Gave valet my name, phone number and room number :( someone dropped the ball. Also, Need to do something about the little pedestal where I witnessed your valet staff bombarded by customers even grabbing at things on Valet pedestal "helping themselves." LAST THING, $41.00 per day for parking AAHHHH! No Pool :(

Breakfast was very good. The young man who attended parking our car on arrival and it was the same young man who retrieved our car was most welcoming, cheerful, and efficient. We noticed he also spoke to other customers in the same manner. He definitely represents your hotel well. The staff who handled our reservation also were very pleasant.

Yes, there was another valet who passed us by twice as we waited for our car who seemed to think we were invisible. He didn't smile, greet us or offer any assistance. Maybe he was in a rush to get back to his waffle breakfast. He was a stark difference from the young man who retrieved our car.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Footprint center where you can attend events. I enjoyed my stay. I’d definitely stay there again. There are many attractions to see in the area as well, take advantage of the perks.

There was only valet parking for the hotel and it was closely. However, there was additional parking garages nearby, about a block away. Thank you for this opportunity to discuss my experience. I do not have anymore to say on that. Thanks.

Parking options where little limited, valet parking was a little priced, I did not notice there was no parking on the premises, ended up paying valet, because nearest parking was 1-2 blocks away and we had many pieces of luggage
