Residence Inn by Marriott Phoenix Downtown

The location was perfect, the staff was great and very helpful. My room was superb and the view from the 20th floor was amazing. The hotel was very clean and had all the amenities. Very nice cocktail bar on the 2nd floor.

The hotel was surrounded by construction with lots of closed sidewalks. The valet parking was a bit steep but the guys were nice and for the most part quick. They did forget to notify us once when the car was ready so we waited longer than necessary.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable

The sofa in the room was very dirty and stained, I would not even sit on it. There is a lot of parking options. The hotel valet price was high at $40 per night which made stay less reasonably priced.

We loved the location, the service, beautiful hotel and rooms.

The parking was the worst. Valet was rude a few times but was the only parking option that would be best for our family to be able to get our things down.

We did a quick one night staycation with our threw young kids and enjoyed the indoor pool. It was big enough to spread out with the other few guests swimming as well. Everything was clean; lobby, hallways, room (including bath and shower). I had a few hours of work to tend to before checking out and utilized the business section.

This property is always so clean and amazingly quiet. I have stayed here multiple times and every time it was perfect. The location is ideal for Footprint Center, Chase Field and most downtown locations. Easy to get to (when there isn’t construction) and the valet parking is so convenient. The staff is always helpful, friendly and very professional.

This isn’t anything we didn’t like.

The location is amazing

I asked for housekeeping never got it in three days I was there and when I called for housekeeping and asked for a set of towels, they said that they would have them down right away, and I never got them.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed some items and was provided them complimentary. The valet was very helpful in helping with our parking decisions. A few minutes after reaching the room, we were provided with our additional bedding.

I thought the room would have been bigger for the price.

Walking distance to all the downtown food places. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. TV has netflix, you just need to login with your account. They had good covid protocols.

Construction is ongoing on the streets surrounding the building which made getting there & parking a pain in the rear end. It was honestly very inconvenient. You even had to pull up to a loading section right next to the construction & the staff from the front desk will simply watch you bring in your stuff & NOT offer to help. They even charged us for parking. Wish they wouldve at least made parking complimentary to make up for the inconveniences of having to detour etc.

Overall the staff was greaat excellent customer service 👏 ever since we arrived we felt so appreciated and comfortable the rooms in excellent conditions super clean the breakfast area was awsome, the whole place was outstanding except for the construction going on on the streets around the hotel 🏨 I give it a 1000 +. Thank you all.

well it was the construction going on around the hotel its kind of confusing going around but tha was no big deal.
