La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Phoenix Thomas Road

I liked that the room was silent and calm. The room is a little too small but the bed was comfortable and I'd choose this hotel everytime I need a one or two day stay because it's a good place to take a rest. The morning I checked out I forgot my room key inside the room and the girl at the desk was so nice and got another key for me without an extra fee. I appreciated that.

I've been here before and there were homeless around, I noticed they took care about that. At first we got to a room that wasn't ready to get in but the staff relocated us to a new room with more amenities. That wasn't good but I'm happy that we got an upgrade.

When I was uneasy ready to checkout early maintenance came by and fixed the curtains to make sure nobody can peek in. The cleaning crew was short handed I walked to their cart to request service with fixing beds, emptying garbages and getting fresh towels. The attendant came to the room immediately.

There are meth addicts on stairs at night, stairway smells of urine, it's called the Ghetto when waiting for a bus cars honk at you for a date.

I like carpet on the floor it feels more comfortable. My room was a good location.

Went 4 days NO HOT WATER ASKED TO MOVE AFTER DAY 2 BUT THE CLAIM IT WAS JUST ABOUT FIXED DAY 3 ASKED FOR A CREDIT SAID THEY WOULD ASK MGR. NOT HAPPY HOW THAT WAS HANDLED.

The breakfast was marvelous the breakfast was marvelous the bed was so comfy that I just fell asleep so fast

The deposit is what I didn't quite like cuz if I had my bank card on file I think that that's would be that's what should be the deposit instead of depositing money on my room

Affordable value, many food options nearby. Room was clean and staff was friendly. includes a basic continental breakfast.

The area can be noisy, but that’s proximity to the freeway - can’t blame the property for that. The wi fi could be stronger.

Good staff

I was told that smoke smell came out of my room I have a bullet wound none smoker none drinker I explained all my cleaning supplies for my wound and my dehumidifier I must use and they were welcome to check and rather assume than look but other than that everything went well

How easy it was to set up the reservation, the room was a decent size the bed was comfortable, the fron desk personnel was easy going and explained thing clearly She made the process go very smooth.

The couch 🛋 was a little dated youcan tell by looking at it & the air-conditioner was a little noisy every time it crank up

The front desk personnel were great. They were friendly and helpful.

The room #255 had a distinct urine smell. It had it in the living space area and bathroom. The toilet didn’t flush well. I thought it didn’t flush, so after I flushed again, I saw there was a deep yellow stain at the base of the toilet.

Staff was so sweet helpful and caringl. Room was a little old. But the complimentary breakfast was the best. Every one was so great. Will come back!!!

The rooms are a little dirty

The staff is very friendly. One of the employee I totaly forgot her name my bad bt I am talking abt the one with the Princesses tattooed she is very understanding and friendly very out going with very positive attitude... Have not felt so Welcomed Like I did there as I walked in.. KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB
