Hampton Inn Prescott

I came to Prescott to honor the Yarnell 19 fallen firefighters. I had a reservation at another location and they "lost" my reservation and left me hanging. I got on line and found this room. I was very happy that it was a Hampton Inn. Then when I arrived I was greeted by a wonderful lady at the front desk AND the manager, Angela. I was welcomed and given early check in. What an awesome property and staff! I already reserved a date in September for my next visit!

Everything was outstanding, even with work being done on the parking lot!

best property in Prescott by far! Very Clean, bedding was amazing , beds were so comfortable I didn’t want to get up, black out curtains work too well! amazing staff, snack center to purchase snacks, amazing free Breakfast , gorgeous pool area with heated pool, hot jacuzzi and small baby wading pool. rooms have microwave, fridge, and coffee bar. nice bathroom and shower.

there wasn’t much to dislike about this place however the shower floor was very slick! they need a rubber bath mat of something to stand on.

The experience lived up to our high expectations of the Hampton Inn brand. Very comfortable and attractive facility and room. The breakfast had a decent selection of items.

They are replacing the pavement in the parking area, which caused some noise and dust there, plus a reduced number of spaces. But the staff emphasized that we could park anywhere we needed to. It was not a big deal.

From the time of arrival until we departed, the staff, the facilities and the location of the hotel were excellent. We were treated very respectably and had no complaints

Although it was not a game-changer, channel 3 (KNIX) on the tv did not transmit very clearly. This was the channel for the Sunday Night Football game. The telecast was interrupted with static, poor transmission and momentary loss of video throughout the evening.

The staff was phenomenal; starting with Angela when I called upon our arrival in Prescott, to find us a room a little early as we were tired from driving. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. I had to ask the front desk for a large baggie for ice, for my back Saturday night, and the young lady was so pleasant and helpful. And at check out, the young lady at the desk was professional, happy and very sweet. The bed was super comfortable too!!

If I had to pick a con, it would be the breakfast our 1st morning there; the eggs were cold and the biscuits were hard. The 2nd morning was better; bacon and potatoes were great, but the eggs looked more like cuscus than scrambled. LOL

Love that the lights are bright. Since the remodel this place looks like a very high end hotel. Excellent decor, nice breakfast, clean common areas and spick and span room. Hotel staff very pleasant. I'll stay here again if you hold the price within reason. Only drawback was that the access was a little puzzling and the parking lot needs resurfacing. But small complaints overall. Nice remodel!

We’ve stayed here before, and the breakfast is always excellent. They put out a variety of things every day, and the lady who works in the food area is always very polite and gracious. The location is good, and it is near different restaurants and businesses. It’s not too far away from where our son lives while he is attending school.

There were some people pacing back-and-forth upstairs one night for at least 20 minutes. However, I know that’s not something that hotel can necessarily control.

The little extras like a 24 hour coffee bar and commissary are nice for those that are up in the late hours when nothing is open, the place looked really clean, I liked it had options for charging EVs

The one thing I had a little gripe about was there wasn't plain scrambled eggs available during breakfast, additions for eggs should be optional instead of already cooked in

The Hampton Inn is my #1 pick in Prescott. It is clean, quiet, comfortable, modern, provides a nice lobby with coffee and tea 24/7, a snack shop, swimming pool outdoor lounge and nice views. For those who have to get going in the morning, a full breakfast starts at 6am and fresh hot coffee is available all the time.

Staff is wonderful as always! Very accommodating and always eager to please. Everything is always kept clean and tidy

The murphy bed is not very comfortable... hard on the back and hips for both of us..... but I have stayed in the regular rooms too and those beds were super comfy
