The breakfast was “OK”, would have preferred different meats, but it was fine. The dining area was clean & comfortable, staff is friendly

The trash cans in the bathroom are VERY small; we noticed others left their trashcan OUTSIDE their room, & it was 2 days before anyone emptied it. Also, the shower wasn’t cleaned; I shook out the bath mat into the shower on Monday evening & Tuesday the dust & 2 foil pieces were STILL in the shower. Aside from that, it was good, & we were comfortable.

one thing I really didn’t like was the fact that the 2 floor smelled like weed since we got there until we left. all night when the heater would go on the smell got very strong. I am not against marijuana BUT my kids and I could smell it from our room and like I said it was very very strong!!!!! other than that it was nice.

The court yard, the food

Couldn't go out to the court yard for my dog. The sidewalks were wet from the sprinklers, and no salt was put on it. I lost my balance twice. ( it had snowed the night before). Hard to open the door to get in. I did tell the front desk. Hope they fixed it for the next people. We will be back in January having a house built. Want the same room. We were not told breakfast was over at 9am wish they would stay open till 10. People coming in late will sleep in.

The room was very clean and spacious. The amenities were great.

I didn't like the breakfast. The eggs, sausage and pastries with the exception of the banana bread were not pleasant to the taste buds. Coffee cups could be bigger as well and maybe the breakfast flow could be improved. It gets very crowded and bunched up in that area.

Location was close to family, close to downtown w/o being in downtown. Beautifully landscaped, plenty of parking, doors to get in w/o going to the front of the building. Rooms were larger than normal, bed comfortable, loved having the small patio/balcony to sit outside. The breakfast was good and had anything that my husband would want for breakfast. Only interaction with staff was at check in and it was quick, staff was smiling and making eye contact, very efficient, and gave us basic directional needs as well as information about the hotel, breakfast and pub, which was appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and will return if in the area.

The only problem we had not having a remote for the TV on arrival. We left immediately after check in, and didn’t notice until returning later that night. The young lady at the desk, was so quick to provide it she must have run up the stairs. All it took was a phone call to the front desk, and it arrived 5 minutes later. All in all, a great family getaway. Thank you

Beautiful grounds, good breakfast, big room, friendly staff.

I paid alot above my normal budget to have a deluxe experience and didn't feel like the room met those expectations entirely. The fireplace did not work, our view from the balcony was a huge tree and nothing else, I was really looking forward to a view, most of the doors on the property were locked or not working with the keycard, including the pool and spa and that was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. Our room was right next to the elevator so we could hear that. Some of the cheaper rooms had better views then we did. For the Deluxe King Room, I Definitely would not pay over $400 for this again.

Manager was hands-on when my room key didn't work after a very long day of flights. Breakfast was great - could've used more fruit options.

The television remote wasn't the cleanest, and the wifi was not working well from my room when I was trying to work. I wanted to split my bill between 2 payment methods but was automatically charged. It didn't cause problems for me, but for some, it could have been a big issue.

Very nicely decorated and spacious. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. The pool and outdoor area were very nice. I also really liked our little porch area with the chairs and table.

The only complaint we have was the ventilation in the pool area. Our eyes were burning in there, even when we weren’t swimming.

The staff is excellent, kind, friendly and accommodating! I prefer this location than the hotel we used to stay at near downtown Prescott. It's a beautiful and comfortable hotel. We even made new friends while staying here :)

Those few guests with pets who are too lazy to pick up their pets poop! (Come on! You're ruining it for the rest of us who do!)

The check in staff was excellent. Very professional and courteous. The patio was the perfect location for afternoon cocktails.The breakfast room attendant was awesome! She was always busy cleaning and refreshing the bar. She was also very helpful and had a great smiling face. She is a keeper.

There is nothing bad to say. This property is great.
