Holiday Inn Express Prescott, an IHG Hotel

Amazing all around! I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel after a spontaneous overnight stay. Everything from the staff, facility, breakfast, and even the friendly and inviting guests were just unlike any other hotel I have been to! When one enters the lobby you can smell how fresh, modern and clean the place is. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and have a great layout to store, lounge and sleep! The indoor pool was the ultimate cherry on top of a perfect stay! Kiddos and adults alike could be seen having a good time in the pool and jacuzzi it was such a hit with my family. The breakfast was beyond delicious for a buffet style everything felt and tasted fresh. The attendants were all so sweet and attentive! I could not have asked for a better experience. I hope the staff working on 7/9/23 get the recognition they deserve! :)

More parking spots would be greatly appreciated especially when the hotel anticipated a full house! :)

The breakfast food had a great selection of choices and were different each day (1 day bacon, the next sausage). The Pancake printer was very fun to watch. The signs on the wall were fun to read. The front desk had plates and forks/spoons for eating leftovers in your room. Pool and hot tub were great. I saw the maintenance engineer check the water PH each day and also used his screwdriver to release the ball we got caught in the skimmer.

The bathroom door was in the way unless it was completely closed. There was building material stacked up outside our window that wasn't the nicest to look at. The drive up to the hotel was a little challenging based on the traffic on that specific part of the road at that time you were leaving or arriving.

Breakfasts were a little redundant but good. Sound insulation was good, I heard mostly doors slamming. Toilets weren't super loud when flushed. The bed was comfortable. The heating and air conditioning was pretty quiet and worked good. There is a gas station close by as well as a variety of restaurants.

I don't like having the shampoo and body wash bottles attached to the wall especially when one doesn't work. TV volume was set to loud when you turned it on.

This was a great gem! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved that the indoor pool and jacuzzi were open-thank you for that because after a long drive, it's a nice treat. The extra sundries and treats had a great selection and were very convenient. The location of this property was excellent and adjacent to many useful stores. The room was comfortable and clean and BIG. Breakfast was good and hearty. This was a very nice overnight stay and we'll be back.

The line for the waffle maker is always too long. Can you make some waffles/pancakes and put them in a warmer for those of us that do not need a FRESHLY made waffle but would still like to have one? Thanks!

Holiday Inn Express is our hotel of choice whenever we travel, whether it's for work or for vacation. The staff was great, the room was comfy and clean, nice sized bathroom, and the breakfast selections were great. As I have said in other reviews, a good breakfast included with the room is one of the main things I look for when booking a hotel.

Breakfast was great every single day. Some items stayed the same but there were always excellent healthy options. The outside gathering area was great, we asked for the fire pit to be turned on they were more than happy to do so.

The pillows could be a little bit better. I had a hard time falling asleep due to the pillows, but we still had a great trip. Hardly any channels on the DirectTV worked, my husband only got the weather channel to work without having to pay.

I loved the king suite. Super clean (except carpet), very spacious & updated. Other than that, great location & breakfast was good.

There were two things that I didn't like. The two bathroom sinks were in the bedroom which made it awkward if you want to brush your teeth etc when someone is sleeping. The light was so bright you could have landed a plane. You'd have to use the kitchenette sink outside the bathroom door. The second was the filthy carpet. I always wear slippers in hotels but forgot them. I got out of the shower, got ready & went back into the shower to retrieve my stuff because we were leaving soon. The shower floor was still wet and when I looked down, it was black. I stepped onto the floor towel and it was black. Yuck.

We all really enjoyed the breakfast! There was something for everyone! The veggie omelets were my favorite and we all loved the bacon! Our grandson enjoyed the hard boiled eggs and hot chocolate and my husband and I loved the coffee!

Nothing, really. We enjoyed everything about the hotel .

It was located in a beautiful area with trees. Very clean hotel from the lobby, to elevator, guest bathrooms and pool area. Our room was very clean and had everything bed, couch, tv, fridge, microwave, kurieg, safe, lots of lighting, and charger, outlets. We got lucky and landed a room with our own balcony which had a lil patio set on it. Everything seemed to be modern and updated. Free breakfast in morning it was very nicely done and clean. All staff we came across where every accommodating. We plan on coming back soon we came on a Sunday night and not a lot open by the time we got out. We both agreed we will stay at the Holiday Inn again and for the prince it’s really a no brainer. I’m very picky-about accommodations and really has to be great for me to even leave a review.

If I had to find one thing it would be the small parking lot. Could be hard to navigate around if too many people trying to get in at once. We always found a parking bit sometimes a bit further than we wanted. We where there Sunday to Monday so o could see a Friday Saturday being a potential problem. I actually forgot to take pictures but I posted some from outside the balcony I took.

Breakfast was good, and ladies were great at keeping up with the crowd and breakfast food. There was not a shortage. We did like the variety of breakfast choices from day to day. Things were clean in the area at all times. We also liked the outdoor sitting and fireplace.

There was not a restuarnt or bar here so any other meals we had to travel some where to eat. It would be nice to purchase any tickets here for Prescott activities that required to be paid for. There was no ATM available in the Lobby or on site at the hotel.
