Heritage House Motel

The location was pretty great, if traveling around Prescott. Can't beat the price, either, given the other options in town. It's not the Ritz, but you'd be foolish to expect it to be. The property is definitely a little dated, but there weren't any funky smells or scary damage to the door frame or anything. If you don't want to shell out multiple hundreds of dollars for a night in Prescott, this is a great option. Would certainly book again in the future! This was the cleanest motel I’ve ever stayed at. Cannot say enough wonderful things about how clean and tidy and easy this place was! it also had a lot, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blow dryer, television, free Wi-Fi … really just a great little place.

The place was clean and comfortable. No frills, but we had the necessities. Location was quiet, and central to our activities for the weekend. We will definitely stay here again.

An ice machine would have been great. The owner explained that there was one ordered, but hadn’t been shipped yet.

The overall stay was great. The location was prefect for why I was in Prescott; walking distance to downtown. The room was well furnished and very clean. But the topper was the shower's water pressure; peel your skin off...awesome.

I don't have anything to complain about.

We have stayed at the Heritage House a number of times when visiting Prescott. It is always very clean, and the staff very friendly and competent. The location is good because it is in walking distance of downtown. I plan to stay there every time I get the chance.

It was very convenient to get to, right off the 69.

my only complaint with this property is that the icemaker did not work and I was told it has not been working for about five months because they’re waiting on parts.

Grace the manager was very helpful and accommodating.

The city of Prescott has torn up the access road to the property. No fault of the owners/managers.

Friendly staff, location, facility was older but everything worked and was very comfortable. the location is a big factor. Really very close to the active parts of Pescott, easy access to the highway, to visit other cities very fairly priced.

I can say the parking was a little tight. That said they accommodated our small motorcycle trailer and truck as well as the motorcycles for a 2 week stay.

This was our second stay. Very friendly and accommodating staff. It is a little quaint, very clean well stocked, and filled all of our needs.

No complaints at all, and we will undoubtedly return.

good value. clean room, crisp sheets on the bed, friendly staff. easy parking. not far from main town if you’re driving. nice sports bar and places to eat next door.
