was a tiny bit disappointed, that no bottled drinking service was available in room every day, I need to drink at least 8 bottled water per day to stay hyderabad. I was given two bottled drinking water on 1st day an front desk informing me to come down and refill them at water cooler.: this was inconvenient since im healing from brocken necap . So I just drank tap water from my room ,gave me sever headaches 😩, but I survived, I fully enjoyed my 9 day stay at Springhill suites I will return to this awesome facility .thanking all for enjoying stay.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly.

The bathroom vanity is small. Adequate for one person but not any more than that. Usually Marriott hotels have a nice size vanity in the bathroom that accommodates at least two people. If the bathroom was small, it would be understandable but there is plenty of room for a nice size vanity. I know crazy thing to complain about but it’s one thing I think is important in a hotel room. The “view” from our room was terrible. Perhaps a can (of two) of paint on the rusty carport? Perhaps a fence to avoid looking at the neighbors weeds? Just a suggestion!

The staff was great and extremely accommodating. Booking.com has the Queen suite listed as having 1 king bed and a sofa when the Queen suite was in fact 2 queen beds and a sofa. I 100% blame Booking for listing it incorrectly and the hotel was able to get us into a long room anyway. they also allowed us to check out late in order for us to take care of us being locked out of our vehicle.

we loved everything. the only thing I can think of is that we had to pay for parking. I don’t think guests should have to pay for parking.

We’re a family of 5. The team at SpringHill Suites Prescott gave us an extra large suite at the end of the hallway on the second floor and it was the best hotel stay we’ve experienced visiting grandparents over the years. The double large common area gave the kids more than enough room to stretch out and create their own little “campground” for 9 nights. Breakfast is amazing. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Location a short walk from Whisky Row and the Town Square. Highly recommend this hotel for families or groups.

The HVAC like in many slightly older hotels is the old fashioned floor to window unit that makes a lot of noise and is either too hot or too cold. We ended up cracking the windows for an hour or two every evening to cool the room and allow a bit of natural humidity, and that worked perfectly.

Location convenient to Whiskey Row, as well as multiple stores like Walgreens/grocery. Rooms spacious & clean. Always saw staff cleaning or making sure things were in order. Right away when I checked in, the employee (I can’t remember her name!) was super friendly and ensured we had everything we needed for our 6 day stay. She even provided a list of local events, restaurant suggestions, and more. Upfront she told us about reserving pool times and when breakfast was. The breakfast selection was great and always hot/fresh with several options. There’s even a patio with a grill you can reserve to use! The room was great- we had a double Queen suite with a couch, comfortable chair, desk/chair, wet bar area w a fridge/microwave/sink, & a large 4 drawer dresser. Beds were comfortable and clean. There are several USB outlets in the room as well and 2 TVs which was really nice as our teen brought his Switch and didn’t have to take over the tv all the time. Every employee we encountered was very friendly, always asked how our stay was, and had suggestions of local places to try. They also remembered us every time we walked in. Our son is a student at ERAU and I will definitely stay here again the next time we come to visit!

It’s costly but definitely worth the money. We also stayed during a holiday weekend so that increases cost as well.

The location was the best, close to all the historic area attractions and only 10 minutes driving distance to Watson lake

carpeting in the rooms they should have different flooring.

Everything was nice, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a pleasant experience.

There were alot of crumbs on the pullout sofa bed when we went to use it and some the bedding for it was oddly crusty. It didn't really bother us but it's definitely something that needs attention to when cleaning

Since it is impossible to reach hotel I have to write it here in hope somebody will answer me. I would like to ask you what makes the difference between price amount declared by invoice and the real money amount deducted from my bank account. The invoice is for ~ 150$ and the amount actually deducted is 170$. What for was these 20$????

LOVED the fact that we could walk to the restaurant we dined at and to Whisky Row as well. The location was PERFECT, the room was very nicely appointed and super clean. Also LOVED that the sink/mirror was outside of the toilet/shower.

Breakfast was delicious but not very warm. Location-super easy to find. My room was clean but had a weird smell the whole time. Staff was super friendly & kind

The smell in my room-smelled like a nursing home. I let the front desk manager know when I checked out. Since I was only there for one night I didn't feel the need to have them move me.
