We loved the accessibility to so many eating options, and the cute Cafe, the dine in restaurant, the casino, and spa, business center, and outdoor bonfire area. However, I found the spa and restaurant to be very expensive. The entertainment music band that was advertised, canceled on the same night. We truly came for the jacuzzi, but it was almost always packed with people, and on our last morning the chlorine was so strong my eyes were burning, but I didn't want to leave without at least trying to enjoy it. I also noticed the relaxation rooms were locked both days and the gym was completely closed.

View was spectacular , pool was nice and warm spa wasn’t to overly hot & towels are provided for guests . Location is central around all businesses and restaurants , hiking trails Perfect weekend Guest service was always pleasant and helpful

Beds uncomfortable, pillows too soft , tv volume was @ 99 and still couldn’t hear it . Tv controller was to hard to work I had tv on the same channel for 3 days . Elevator was a little slow & ice machine still not working on 2nd floor

Received an upgrade to a king bed and sitting area. Even had a small frig (no microwave, however). Great view of Prescott from the room. Very comfortable bed. Bar had good wine list and smaller meals- had the quinoa bowl which was quite tasty. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Although casino is small, there are still some unsavory characters hanging around the parking lot (not as many as before, I think to a heightened security presence).

Everything, the view, the price was incredible, the pool, the plush rug in the bathroom, the balcony...I can go on and on, but you can't get that kind of value and excellence anywhere in Prescott, AZ! I live here and rent the indoor pools and jacuzzi for pain, long story, but and I am definitely going back. I also found out that they have special discounts for Gold rush members from the casino.

No ATM for snack machine after the casino closed, but it was probably closed due to a staff shortage like the rest of the US! That's all, I enjoyed everything and the outside area with the fire pit was awesome. I'm going to have to go back soon to stay longer than a day! Just to enjoy all of the amenities!

Excellent LOcation; Upgraded to the King Suite facing the city. Was Beautiful Towels were fantastic View was Amazing! Casino was cool ! Live Band in the Bar area! Fantastic

The rooms need to be updated. The doors have a open space from the floor to the door. Carpets in the room were extremely dirty. Outdated paint, draperies, pillows The pool heater broke. Very disappointed. I chose this hotel because I wanted to swim and use the hot tub

Location, staff was friendly, Casino was nice as I didn't know it was here prior to booking. The pool area being indoors was nice and jacuzzi. Liked having balcony to see view. Coffee shop convenient.

Bed was not comfortable was too soft and we woke up with backaches. Wish there was more than one waste basket in the room.. Our neighbors had room service and their dirty plates were never picked up by staff for 2 days so it was left in the hall ways. 2 different rooms nearby. It would have been nice if the balcony area had a chair or two. The living room area, the extra sheets and pillow were dirty. Upon arrival there was not any extra toiletries in room so had to get some in lobby. I feel like all of our hotel stays there was always extra already in the room. The jacuzzi water seemed like water level was too low so made a lot of noise. The coffee shop should have more options like some juice and maybe a few pastries.

Nice place to stay, we’ve been here before many times and it’s perfect every time.

We booked a king room with the extra living area but when we got to the room it s was queen room with extra living area, we weren’t to happy about it but I didn’t go back to the check in desk because we waiting 15 min to check in and didn’t wanna wait in the line again cause of how long I would’ve had to wait and it was just for one night.

Location was beautiful.

Room was dated. Carpet buckled, bathroom scratched up, lamp broken, shower curtain too small for opening so water all over the floor and only 1 trash can in the whole room, and the bathroom lighting was so bad that i couldn't put on my makeup. No USB hookup for phone charging. No information in the room about the facility.

slow wifi, jacuzzi bubbles out of order, they gave me the wrong room upon checking in (booked a k King suite, was given a Double queen, they did admit it was written wrong on their paperwork), also, in the morning they slip a few things under your door, and they ask you to sign One of the receipts and hand it to Reception, when you do - they say they don’t need it and they throw it away… why make us do so many things that are not needed, we’re just here to relax, not work…

This hotel is an all around experience

We came back here because of our first experience, it was disappointing to hear that guests who show up on either Monday or Tuesday can not enjoy the great dining that we enjoyed on our first trip. This is a strike against this resort. It makes it more “a joke” then a first class facility it wants to be. It is my opinion that a place like this should have dining available 7 nights a week, no excuse!
