Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Hot Springs, AR

The breakfast was excellent. Eggs, Bacon, Potatoes, Waffle maker, Pancake Balls, etc. The room was very comfortable, quiet, felt safe. VERY clean, smells clean all the time. I have no major complaints about staying here and will definitely stay here again. The wifi was super fast and reliable as well.

The bed could have been a little softer, if you are a side sleeper, it is kind of rough on your ribs. But the 4 large pillows on each bed is great. The TV is also a bit small for a room of this size, but for comfort, it hit all the marks.

The breakfast, but would like to have had turkey sausage, or turkey bacon because we don’t eat pork products. But the cleanliness, courtesy of clean towels every day, access to everything stores, restaurants and grocery store if needed.

The pork products, we only eat turkey, beef or chicken products for breakfast, one can ask during online reservations, short simple questions about breakfast foods. And try to accommodate if possible. But nothing outrageous. Just simple questions. But what we ate was delicious and sufficient.

We stayed in a suite with a separate room, very roomy and nice to have a space for the kids and adults. Staff was very friendly and helpful during the entire stay. Bleu Monkey is attached to the hotel great food and drinks. Room was clean and nice for the price we paid. NO BUGS!

The front parking lot is really small and the side doors didn't work. Elevator was SUPER slow. The pool had WAY to much chlorine and the kids before us put all the towels and the chairs into the pool. Not really the hotels fault but they watched them do it and didn't say anything.

The room was very clean, you could not hear the traffic outside, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome, food was hot, waffle maker spot on. Set up of the area was very well laid out and convenient. And the desk clerk was a very kind and helping young lady, she was top 10 in my book. Thank you for an very peasant stay.

Don't think I can complain about anything,

The staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was so comfortable and well kept. The jacuzzi tub had been well maintained and was very clean.

The only thing that I didn’t absolutely love was the curtains didn’t close but that could have been user error. Even still, it didn’t matter much since we weren’t on the ground floor.

Front desk ladies check in and check out were fantastic and polite and helpful. Breakfast was decent (eggs,potatoes, bacon, waffles ,cereal +more) Wish the restaurant connected to hotel was open longer. Ended up eating at olive garden and was disappointed. Other than that I'd recommend

Restaurant that's connected should stay open longer or after a certain hour that just offers bar n grill for after hours needs Better vending machine options

Very fast, easy checkin. Nice lobby and kitchen area. Room was very clean and comfortable. We decided to stay a few miles south of the main part of the park and it is a good location with plenty of stores and places to eat. It was also very easy to get to the main highway in the AM.

We always appreciate brighter lighting and more grab bars in the bathtubs.

Two lights in the room did not work. I believe they just needed bulbs changed, seems like something housekeeping would check. I’m sure if I would have requested they come change them they would have. I was just there for a short time though.

The attention of the staff during a recent medical emergency. Being a retired I understood the hotel's policy concerning the response. The individual did what he could, with exposing the hotel o a possible lawsuit. Due to an excessive bleeding incident two bath towels were completely soaked with blood. I doubled bagged the towels, disinfected the area (to protect staff) and disposed of the towels. I offered to reimburse the hotel for the damaged towels, and my offer was declined.

I do not believe I have any negative comments at this time.

The motel was clean and the staff was friendly. Centrally located right off the highway and was very quiet. Did not hear any traffic or any other guests. The beds were comfortable. Asked for rooms on the same floor and they were.

Was disappointed that we were not told when we checked in that they would not be servicing our rooms due to COVID. The second day they when they were not serviced, I ask at the front desk and was told they did not service long term guests. They only serviced the rooms between guests, not every day. They seemed to be out of a lot of things. Clean towels and breakfast supplies. They seemed to be struggling to keep up with the guests.
