Very nice place. Everything we needed was in the room. Security was simple but effective. Staff is very good. Very good atmosphere.

The main course of the breakfast needs to be a little more traditional. Maybe consider offering a menu to choose from. The location was not the worst by any means but a little hard to get in and out of. The parking lot could use a bit more lighting.

Very nice and cozy room. Exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely plan a return trip. Breakfasts were very delicious. Looking forward to our next trip.

Room was super clean, well decorated and comfy. The entire experience was super and memorable.

Joanna was very nice, and the breakfast in our room was really special--i took pix it was so beautiful. The house was amazing craftsman style and excellently done and decorated. It was a treat to have a fire place in our room. The house was amazingly quite, and we slept like babies! I recommend staying here and have told all of my friends about it!

we loved everything about our stay! the grounds are beautiful and well kept. It’s so cozy and peaceful inside and the service, food, and experience were top notch! We will absolutely stay here again and again. perfect location away from the busyness of downtown, but still close enough to go hang out. We definitely felt at home here and can’t wait to come back!

The breakfast was outstanding! We were very impressed with the quality and the variety of food dishes. Very attentive service. It exceeded our expectations for this trip! Loved the covered porch and the waterfall on the grounds.

The check in process was very easy and convenient. The property is gorgeous. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The breakfast was FANTASTIC! The owner and inn keepers are very friendly and informative.

Honestly- nothing.

The setting just outside of town was perfect. Close enough to town to get to places easily, but out of town enough to have minimal noise and traffic. The food was delicious and our host was attentive, yet allowed us to have independence throughout the common areas of the B&B.

I was pleased with everything about our stay.

I loved how everything was nice and clean. Very relaxing area . The staff was great ! Very nice and cozy . Me and my love needed a nice getaway. We had the Spruce Suite and loved it . We Sat by the fire and just enjoyed Mother Nature together. Great place for Couples!!

Was kinda hard to find at night .

This was the loveliest B&B yet. A gorgeous, well preserved home, with 5 fabulous suites. More amenities, including snacks, a refrigerator with lots of ice in the hall way, wine glasses and a cork screw for drinks on their lovely patio or front porch. Breakfast was top chef quality...both mornings brought homemade pumpkin or walnut bread with fruit plus an Egg soufflé, or baked eggs with spinach , coffee and juice. We would return to Hot Springs just to stay here again.

Well, it rained he whole time we were there, and couldn't enjoy the lovely gardens and outside patio. But that certainly was no fault of Hill Top. another reason to return during nice weather.
