clean rooms and easy to find. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. I had to swap rooms because my tv didn’t work and she was very quick to help me change rooms.

no coffee in the rooms. Right wing nut job working the desk doesn’t know when it’s appropriate to share political views.

It was located close to the lake, it was a pretty spot far from actual central ave where most tourist spots are though. Had plenty of area for our pets to use the restroom. Staff was so nice, helped in anyway they could. Refreshing to have them be like that. Room was big enough for kennels, had everything as advertised. Had a balcony on the room. Was clean upon arrival. No bugs of any kind.

Front door seemed to have been broken into before and repaired so was a bit junky. Bathroom door had water damage and was rotten at the bottom. Two slight things that did not effect the enjoyability of the room.

The lady @ the front desk gave great customer service. I liked her the most and then the room was great too. I really didn't care for Motel 6 from previous past experiences. We had no other choice cuz everyone we tried to reserve with was booked. Even AirBnBs🤦 I'm glad that Motel 6 had 3 rooms available and we took a chance. I'm now a fan of Motel 6 again, Lol! The room was nice & clean. No regrets with this location. Also the location of the motel is pretty cool too! We'll definitely be back when we visit Hot Springs again.

This was an amazing price during what else was available to me online I was booking or reserving the room for same day so last minute deals kind of got outrageous for similar locations in the area is my certainly I am very cheap very easy process and the staff was overjoyed to be at work which was very very nice.

The bathroom should be updated slightly I mean the sink was updated recently you could tell but the bathtub was just a small regular old high-sided tub nothing special or fancy about it with no easy access available I was slightly intoxicated making it not difficult but had to be extra careful when you entering and exiting the bathtub which I managed pretty good lol

My husband and I went for a weekend trip and we loved the location! It is very pretty and the facility was very well kept. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and gave us a great view. The room was clean and so were the bathrooms. It was very quiet and we were able to rest and enjoy some down time. It was worth what we paid for the room and we were satisfied. Will be returning again in the future.

I didn't like the steps they were lose in some spots and it made me feel like I was gonna fall Also, there was a wasp nest in the corner when you come down the stairs and when you came upstairs they would swarm around you.

Loved that coffee was made every morning in the lobby and had so many creamer choices! Office staff was so friendly and kind. Love that dogs are allowed and that the rooms are so clean. The bathrooms especially. Those housekeepers pay such good attention to detail.

Drain for tub wouldn't hold water. I love their tubs as they are wider than most at hotels.

The room was clean and had been recently updated. Staff was friendly. Great location, was peaceful and we had some good views from the small balcony. A few things we didn’t like but would stay here again.

There was a very large gap under the door. My kid could almost fit their whole hand under it. I ended up blocking it with a rolled up towel. The shower fixtures were not very good for water temp control. The tiniest adjustment had the water going from ice cold to boiling hot and back again. And we also completely ran out of hot water after only 2 showers totaling 20 minutes.

The balcony over the pool is nice. The pool was not filled though but that could be a seasonal deal. If the pool is operable, i would recommend it to families for sure! I like how it was tucked away from everything but a short walk to the water/docks.

The a/c was noisy but it was cool outside so i just shut it off.

no one was available at 9:15PM at the front desk for any issues that occurred. TV had no picture, only sound. the back door for balcony was loud to move and got stuck multiple times. told the lady at check out the next morning and she apologized for the inconvenience but never offered to make it right before I left. this is after spending $164 for one night stay. also, not enough pillows for a King size bed (3).

Me and my wife chose this hotel by the lake because the road pass numerous stores and businesses that lead into the heart of town. The rate was reasonable, best of all, the staff was friendly and informational. Checked in, room was clean, spacious, and came with a balcony?!!! Had a good time in town that day, later we come back to the room to watch fireworks in the sky from the festival outside on the balcony. Shower and bath was satisfactory, watched some television, bed wasn't too hard or soft, but still slept very well. At the end, my stay was great and I will be back, but if all else fails, this Motel 6 be my first choice.

Little things that probably can be fixed easily with minimal effort. With a broom, touch up the corners of the room. Remove the cobwebs on the balcony by the a/c. Otherwise.....all good.
