The location of this property made it a clear-cut shoe-in as a place to stay while visiting Hot Springs. Bathhouse Row, Hot Springs National Park Mountain Tower and multiple shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was solid and served as a great way to fuel the start of every new day. Rooms have been updated and provided a clean, modern lodging experience. The front desk personnel were pleasant and accommodating of my every need.

Housekeeping was the only thing that was a little lacking during my entire stay. Room trash was not picked up for three days of my stay and towels were not refreshed on one of the days.

The location was good. We were not thrilled with having to park a block away but we did so. (at no charge). We were given a corner suite that was really lovely and quiet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bridgett was excellent at the front desk...so kind and warm!! We also enjoyed the bar ... the bartender made the best pineapple martini for me and did so with a huge smile even though it was late! We would stay there again for sure. What was nice is the Fisherman's Wharf restaurant was not too far away and they offered us excellent service, a booth with a view of the lake, and excellent food. After a good night's rest we headed for HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE, AR and that was only about 25 mins away! Everything was seamless. THANK YOU BOOKING.COM.

Valet parking would have been nice after driving 7.5 hours!~

I loved the walkable distance to Bathhouse row. I also loved the ability to easily get in my car from the parking garage and drive to other places in hot springs! All the staff were super nice and it was pretty quiet during my stay. I liked that the hotel provided free breakfast as an option in the morning.

I didn’t care for the stains found on one of the bedding in the room. I also did not care for the shower fan not working. I did not care for the breakfast due to some of the food being just warm when I got it. I also wish the property had a pool or gym as well.

Visited as a one-night stopover between Dallas and Memphis, travelling with my mother for her 70th birthday. Our stay was exemplary, starting with the check-in where we were upgraded to a suite and provided with complimentary drinks vouchers to celebrate. The suite was huge, with fantastic views and a most unexpected bonus. Just a pity we were only staying for one night.

The only downside to the hotel is the poor lifts which are slow and for such a large hotel inadequate and need of an upgrade. Whilst not a fault of the hotel, Hot Springs is like a ghost town in the evening and we were unable to find anywhere open for dinner after 8pm so we were forced to eat in the hotel bar.

location and clean room. Breakfast area was very messy. May have been because of how busy they were. Staff was really trying. The shuttle driver was so helpful!

When we checked into our room we went up to the room and the bed was not made and all the bedding was on the floor We went back down and told the front desk they gave a us new room. I told them our stuff was still in the room and wanted to make sure we can still get into that room which had our stuff in. which they said yes.We kept using the stairs because of the elevators were down except one. We went back up and the key didn’t work. So again had to go back down to tell them and get the key activated again. Then they said to bring the keys back down after we got our stuff out. So 3 trips using the stairs. Which they didn’t offer to come get it or help. If someone was not able to take 6 flights of stairs that would of been awful.

We moved to this location after checking out of The Arlington 3 nights early. We went from a terrible experience there to the most lovely, welcoming and ease-full experience at HHT. They let us check in at 7am so we didn’t have to leave our things in a hot car all day and the overnight manager was so kind. The room was clean, spacious and had a great view. The property was within walking distance of everything we needed downtown. There was free parking. Highly recommend HHT if you’re staying downtown hot springs.

It was a beautiful Hotel with a great Location close enough to walk to Bathhouse Row, the Crystal Ridge Distillery, parts of the Hot Springs National Park, and many restaurants and pubs. The bar on site was open and had live music on Saturday night. We look forward to visiting this location again soon.

The elevators were very slow and there was always a line waiting to get on them. Also, we had some extremely inconsiderate and loud neighbors on both sides of our room (which was not sound proof hardly at all), and that made getting rest very difficult.

The hotel was an older building but clean. The elevator did take a little while but not a terrible wait. Staff were great and we had a pretty nice view. The wifi was a little spotty/ not working at first but they tried helping and when it started working was very high speed. Location: a few blocks away from the Main Street (Central), and the park. Breakfast was okay, but it's probably bet to get there early. We got to the dining area around 8:45 and it was packed with little left in the pans. Hot breakfast- typical sausage/ eggs, gravy, cereal, coffee, and juices.

The hotel could've had more style. In comparison with the cute historic buildings just looked a little plain.

The breakfast set up and quality of food was excellent. The breakfast attendants were amazing. I'm plant based so usually I have to omit most hotel breakfast options. I could tell they put great effort in presenting a well balanced breakfast for everyone. Thanks to Alyssa & Billy, our check in process was friendly, fast & professional. They didn't seem to mine answering our questions. So helpful. Like wise Angie checked us out and she was amazing as well. We didn't eat in the restaurant, however; we did pop our head in to look at the menu and the waitress was delightful.

My only dislike was I felt the room wasn't as clean as it appeared to the naked eye. Once I looked closer I saw hair wrapped around the towels on the shelf, the phone & alarm clock were covered with dust and when I wipe the tables down with my clorox wipe there was a lot of dirt that was overlooked. It appeared to be clean, but wasn't. On the positive side, when I asked the housekeeper to do anything she was very willing and very pleasant. So I did tip her because her attitude was humble & sweet. So my suggestion is even if you don't see dirt, wipe it down anyway. Because people like me travel with clorox wipes and we do go behind you for our own well being & comfort. Elevators were slow, but that didn't seem bother me as much.
