Courtyard by Marriott Hot Springs

The staff, especially Mr Bernice were exceptional! We were greeted, by name, every time we arrived. Any questions we had were promptly answered, the staff was knowledgeable about the area and helpful in every way. When we asked for extra towels, housekeeping was there in under 5 minutes, took our used towels and made sure we were happy before leaving. Everyone working there was friendly, and always smiling...it 2aa truly a joy to stay there and if we go back to Hot Springs, we will definitely return!

At first, we were disappointed that our room was rather small, but upon reflection we actually enjoyed the coziness and because the room was exceptionally clean we didnt really mind in the end.

The breakfast was great! Our room was wonderful, we have never been to Little Rock before and went for a wedding, they roomed us with the rest of our family without us asking :)

The only thing I didn't like was I went to make a cup of coffee and I always run water through first (because I've heard stories of how they are cleaned) and it came out like chicken soup, I ran about 5 cups through, it was gross, finally I just went downstairs and told the lady at the desk and she made me a free Starbucks on the house.

the location is right off the main highway. it’s about 10-15 minutes from everything you’d want to do in Hot springs.

amenities, café, bar, lounge by the fire pit, staff was VERY nice, I also like all the backsplash wall decor! great for taking really good pictures!

when we got to the fourth floor, the hallway needed a good vacuum and also our room, you could tell it hadn’t been done, there was hair on the wall in the entry to the door way of our room. beds were made, checked for stains and didn’t see any, definitely looked like the cleaning had been rushed.

I really enjoyed myself and i will be coming back to stay again probably after the holidays for new year's or my birthday it's in February

The only thing that i didn't like about the hotel is that is wasn't serving breakfast anymore because of Covid but other then that everything was perfect and i really had fun i really wasn't ready to leave so soon.

it is clean and comfortable. The location is good and very close to everything.

I’ve stayed twice and both times I chose this place because it advertised a Starbucks within the hotel. Both times Starbucks was not an option because “the barista” didn’t show up for work. If I’m being completely honest if I can’t have the Starbucks there are other hotels within the same price range that offer free breakfast that I would choose instead. The indoor pool is also extremely tiny. I genuinely thought it was the hot tub at first.

The "small plates" offered at their bar were terrible. But received a credit on our hotel bill for the costs. Suggestion for Mariott Manager: Try these out for yourself and you will see that someone needs to go out and shop a little harder for these offerings. This is only a very minor thing and offered only to make the manager aware so consideration can be given for improvement. Overall this Marriott is superb and we will certainly stay here on any future trip to Hot Springs.

I t was beautiful. Location, decor so different from other places we had stayed. We were on 3 week road trip and I must say the this was the most comfortable hotel/motel we stayed in. Believe me we saw a lot of places. The bed was awesome, bathroom was great, breakfast was great, well you get the idea!

Well, the guy who checked me in had a weird sense of humor.... Instead of letting me know that the Only way I could get my room cleaned is by “request only” he was too busy Bashing the City I lived in. Although I played along to keep from being totally humiliated I t wasn’t funny at all in fact it was downright hurtful! In the future let your people know just keep the Lip Service to a Minimum.

The bar inside the hotel which was a great place to end our evening with friends. Liked the convenience to restaurants and only 5 miles to the downtown festivities

We have no complaints, will definitely stay here again
