Rodeway Inn Hot Springs National Park Area

Great place! Everything was very clean! Bed was comfy! Breakfast was good... waffles biscuits and gravy dry cereal oatmeal fruit coffee and juice. Was very impressed how clean this property was! Breakfast area very clean! Everything worked in room fridge microwave coffee pot...no issues. There's a small hamburger stand right across the street. Great burgers! Very close to everything. Quiet never heard anyone.

the bathroom fan was so loud. But honestly that's all I got. Loved the place!

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was located a very short drive from downtown. They had a waffle maker as part of their complimentary breakfast. I really liked that there was no carpet. It made the floor seem cleaner and kept the carpet from getting soggy when we returned from the pool- and my kids loved the pool!

At first the room smelled odd- once the AC started it was fine. It would have been nice if there was an ice maker on both floors, but we managed.

the breakfast was excellent, the cleanliness was very good and i liked that the room was cleaned while we were out, the location for what are plans were was great. The service staffing was very nice and helpful for questions.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as I like I have a bad back so it's hard to get a comfortable bed anyway, but it was ok. Until I got some clarification on one of your long term stay guest it was a little uncomfortable but I understand.

It All started with Carol. She guided me ..drew out a map and listed exactly what we were wanting to do. Everywhere she sent us was Amazing...Every Hotel should have a Caro[ !! The room was clean...bed very comfortable...breakfast was fine...

Bathroom was alittle small but shower worked well plenty of Hot Water...

Friendly with a breakfast good enough to get a person started. Polite and professional reception lady and gentleman.

Renovations underway but kept to reasonable hours. Although the room was designated non-smoking, there was a noticeable odor of both pot grass and tobacco smoke in the room including in the bedding. Ciggy burns on the rim of the bathtub suggest the room hadn't always been a non-smoking room Shortage of electrical outlets.

The lady up front was very sweet and told us all about the local spots! Would highly recommend staying here when you are in hot springs. She took the time to show us where to go on maps and give us tips about the best places to park. She gave us a ton of coupons! Would definitely stay there again!

Location was excellent for the reason we were in town (Magic Springs). The lady at the front desk went out of her way to be helpful. It was clean and I felt fairly safe there as a woman traveling with her kids.

The only complaint I would have is that the bed was a bit more firm than I like.

Clean, safe area, quick check-in. Carol at the desk was wonderful. We had car troubles and she recommended a great repair shop. She made sure we were happy with our stay. I will always stay here when I'm in the area.

Breakfast was kind of skimpy but I knew that going in so it's okay.

Great location, close enough but not right in the middle of everything. Carol is amazing and so willing to help with suggestions.

Not the hotels fault, but we tried to take a nap in the middle of the day and there was some remodeling/ repairs going on upstairs.

Room was clean and spacious and recently remodeled. Location is on the edge of town and very close to an entrance to Hot Springs national park. Staff was friendly and communicative.

There was some minor construction noise during our stay from the repairmen working on the front office, but not at a level that disturbed us.
