The Waters Hot Springs, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Room was very clean and well put together - the property was on point for an authentic experience with the hallways and tiles evoking a much earlier period in time.

View from the room was bad - would have booked a different room at more expense if it had been offered. Only other challenge was an elevator out of service - it broke while we were there. Staff at rooftop bar needed to enable the stairwell that night rather than blocking the stairs.

First of all from the moment we arrived for check in, Ms Lynn at the desk, what an absolute doll!! Terrific smile and personality. We were there for a girls weekend, and the Waters were able to get our rooms close together. Garrett and Ashley and Kat at the Roof Top grill, super sweethearts!! Awesome drinks. The pulled pork nachos, delicious!!The location was great for us, because it was directly located from bathhouse row for our spa day. Valet staff super courteous. We appreciate your staff for providing a relaxing atmosphere.

That we couldn't stay longer. Lol

The hotel renovations were very well done. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the hotel's central location.

1. There was no way to secure the bathroom door. 2. While the common areas were fine, the guest room air conditioning stopped working around 12:00 am and no estimated time for correction was provided by guest services. We checked out at 9:00 am and it had never came back on. Again, no explanataion from guest services.

Very clean. Great location! Next to The Ohio Club. Easy walking to bath houses, stores, shops, attractions. Staff at the hotel were very professional, friendly, and accomodating. We went to The Rooftop Restaurant at The Waters on another Hot Springs trip in the summertime, and we really liked it. Would be so convenient if staying at The Waters. It had good food, drinks, and a lovely atmosphere and view.

Not wild about the "barn door" of the bathroom - but not a big deal, just a personal preference. Liked the shower, wonderful hot water, but the shower's stationary half-door style always allowed water to escape a bit onto the floor with no way to adjust anything to prevent this. We just kept a couple of towels there though, so not really a big deal either. No free parking at the hotel itself. They did have valet parking. We were able to park free overnight on the street and walk a short distance to the hotel.

superb location, very clean and staff was very friendly! The hotel is beautiful and unique. 🥰 Very comfortable beds and bedding, the rooms are adorable with the old brick and many updates for this great old building

The showers are beautiful but poor design and flooded our room , can be slick and the half door makes for a mess. Housekeeping was super helpful and we chose not to move because it was so late but it was offered. we just put lots of towels down.

Staff was exceptional especially at the Rooftop. Alexis was amazing very attentive and remembered us she was very welcoming and took the time to conversate with the guests. She definitely made an impression making us want to visit the location again. Drinks and food at the Rooftop were exceptional. The room was very clean and a great size. I would return here.

The television was too small for the room.

The bed were extremely comfortable. The rooftop bar had tasty snacks and drinks, with good views. Very close to the historic bathhouses.

Almost no self parking close by. Valet was worth it. This was really fine, as it is a historic building, but there was some noise travel earlier in the evening. It was quiet for sleeping, though.

I loved the look of the hallways, and how they stayed true to the old medical office building look. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The rooftop restaurant was awesome. Good food, good drinks, good live music.

The sliding barn door for the bathroom was so loud, and the rooms were a little small, but definitely not dealbreakers on re-booking. We will definitely be back.

The location of The Waters is exceptional. Located on bathhouse row it is right in the middle of many of the things my wife and I love to frequent while in Hot Springs. The hotel staff are great especially Dominic the Valet who always goes out of his way to take care of us.

The time for excuses as to why rooms are not serviced every day is over. The Scamdemic has played out and I am tired of coming back to a filthy room. The front desk did tell us as we checked out that all we needed to do was just let them know when we are leaving for the day and they would clean it but that was too late. Filthy rooms in a hotel are no more excusable than being seated in a restaurant at a filthy table.

Location was great and the rooms super. The hvac was ok found it a little warm especially in the fitness room. The roof top bar was great.

Not thrilled about having to pay for daily parking but I understand. The food and drinks in the bar need a little fine tuning but the hours could really use improving. Especially during the summer height of tourist season and a holiday weekend. When you are the only roof top bar in town and have N anomaly that has the potential to be a real attraction in a town with limited features, I can't understand why you would close at 10 pm or 8 on fourth of July. Either way we worked around it Nd found ourselves enjoying the atmosphere for the limited hours they were open. Its a great featue.
