The property is well maintained. The roads were clear from snow and debris. If there were marked paths for pedestrians instead of walking through the same roads for vehicles it would be a lot safer. The condo was spacious and clean. Water pressure in all sinks and showers were great. We attempted to hook up our Roku even after buying the property wifi but we couldn’t get things to connect properly. Our kitchen was missing a wine bottle opener but the front desk brought one over right away. Our kids played in the snow just behind our building. There was enough room to sled around and make snowmen.

It gets pretty dark around the property at night but that comes with the territory.

Love the rooms, the buildings, the use of solar panels, the staff, the location, the game room (not paying for games :( ), etc.

Not having an air conditioner is totally unacceptable at any semi to premium resort. I understand that AC is only required for 2-3 months in Big Bear, but every hotel that you pay more than 100 a night for...one should expect an AC. I say this because it is the best resort in all of BB. It is the only place my family wants to stay anymore, now that we have done it a couple times. But, after experiencing a July at the resort, we would NOT spend money to come to this location during summer months and this made us all sad this week as we left exhausted from suffering in the heat of our hotel room. All was made worse because we used the kitchen to cook and it just made the rooms hotter. I do want to reiterate: all other aspects of the hotel room, location, staff, amenities are amazing!

Staff was very friendly. Text communication was convenient. Weather perfect. Accommodations clean and comfortable. Noise levels low. Kitchen was so clean! All dishes clean. Loved playing tennis and ping pong and relaxing in the jacuzzi. Our family loves our yearly stay here.

The room was slightly dirtier than years past but not bad. The price is definitely high for our income level, but we make it a priority to go because it is a close and easy get away for our large family.

Quite very relaxing We liked recreation room for the end of the /night wind down.

Had to pay for Wi-Fi ,but we didn’t care we didn’t buy the plan we spent some real family time at the end of the day in the recreation room ping pong,pool,chilled around the fire pit

Staff was very friendly. Maintenance guy was quick and helpful when our thermostat went out. Jacuzzi was nice. My son loved the arcade. Beds were comfortable. Huge room! No complaints at all and I'm very picky.

A rock slide hit us on the way up. But that wasn't anyone's fault besides mother nature.

We appreciated the quiet location even outside of the jacuzzi. Family meals on our private BBQ on the lanai. Lastly, nights of rest in our spacious and comfortable bedrooms.

Attention to detailed cleaning in room 148. The dining room table lighting was disgustingly dirty from underneath. Brown M&M's behind the end table and couch. Missing and in the middle of a repair towel bar in the middle bathroom. Despite all that, we felt clean and safe throughout our entire stay.

The weather..the peace and quiet and the fitness room. The helpfulness of the staff. Able to bbq every night and sit outside during the day, and to eat dinner outside.

Nothing. Everything was great, but I wanted to stay for a week. There was no availability for a week in March for July.

The apartment was roomy and comfortable. Complex was quiet. Recreation on site was great! Pool tables, foosball, ping-pong, basketball court. We played 'em all!

A larger TV in the LR would be nice. No free internet???

One negative comment is the constant reminder of the 10am checkout time. From 3 separate texts, at booking, at check in and verbally, the message was obvious. This issue must be a problem at this facility.

clean, with an incredible view. Also stores were a short walk away which I loved. King size bed was spacious and kitchen contained everything we needed. quiet property for the most part.

wish it had a nicer tub
