Residence Inn Long Beach Downtown

The location of the hotel is awesome. it’s more isolated away from the noise of the city. Our suite felt like home away from home.

The only thing that would improve the property is a restaurant, for food any time of day. The breakfast was top notch

Awkward getting to the entrance, on the other side of the waterway from the main downtown area where all the restaurants are located. Hallways and floor areas around the elevator dirty. I feel this property was over priced, having stayed at many Residence Inn's across the country, Boston, NYC, etc. Missing amenities like hand lotion, waste basket in bathroom, etc. Parking fees were additional and high for the middle of nowhere.

Enjoyed the view from the room. The kitchen was our wow factor and why we booked this hotel. Absolutely loved the haircare products. We actually ordered a few bottles. Enjoyed sitting in the lobby watching the guest enjoy the pool. The comfort of the bed and pillows just great. Great décor of the room and lobby. Prefect hotel for boat lovers. They have a loading dock. Enjoyed breakfast choices during a time of a pandemic. Friendly staff and felt welcomed. I highly recommend our room King Studio. Was nice to enjoy our snacks that we could refrigerate or microwave. We used the laundry room was so convenient. Thank you for a great experience.

The location was good because we were leaving on a cruise. The staff was very friendly and accomodating

Tried to get a cab to the cruise port. Waited more than an hour. Not the fault of the hotel; they called the cab company numerous times. Ended up having to walk to the port.

Great and clean place to stay close to the cruise terminal.

The fire alarm that woke us up at 3:15 am for a malfunction grrrr.

The building and room were beautiful and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room came with a full-sized fridge. It was beautifully renovated and I was not expecting it to be so nice for the low price I paid!

This hotel isn't far from restaurants/downtown, but it is completely unwalkable, it is on a peninsula which can only be accessed by car. Being from another area, we did not have a car and would have liked to have been able to walk somewhere for dinner. That being said, the uber/lyft rides to the city were less than $10

The location was awesome ,right in the middle of everything. I visited so many places in only two days.

I can’t really say didn’t like anything, only they had to change my room because my tv wasn’t working but it wasn’t a big deal.

Everyone at the property made us very welcomed! Having a full facility Kitchenette in our room made it especially convenient for us. Love the BBQ facility that we get to use too!

Location means a bit further of a drive.

The location to the cruise terminal was great. The beds were super comfy and the little kitchenettes made having dinner inside the room better than a basic hotel room. This was a great value and an amazing stay. This is our new hotel when we cruise!
