Room was clean and costumer service was excellent

the continental breakfast area was not as advertised, there were no coffee there at all. I was referred to the coffee in my room which is bad quality and no flavor at all. coffee instead of coffee tasted like dirty water, coffee maker smells really bad. I also found resting kind of difficult since train continue to pass by all night long and kept me up. Bed conform/ cover smells bad as well.

I didn't have the breakfast. .

Fix the sink and vertical blinds or intsll a curtain over the window.Do something about the bath floor tiles. They are extremely slippery when wet. I slipped, fell and hit my shoulder on the toilet.i have a nice bruise forming.

This is by far the best place for a good value and had a lot to offer! I love that they had an elevator and a bellhop luggage cart. The best part is this hotel still does the continental breakfast. I love the cute little balcony! Had great water pressure and even had the coffee maker in the room, also loved the body wash gel station in the shower. It was a wonderful stay!!! I can see why they call it the best value inn as it really is the best value and it's a beautiful place. Close to the market and main highways. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The parking lot is a little small and I feel they should trim that bush that is blocking the view when going onto the main road as it makes it difficult to see any oncoming traffic.

11:30 am check out (that 30 minutes makes all the difference- no rushing!) Elevator, coffee maker, frig and microwave, balcony and Laundry some rooms offer 2 beds, nice! Pool and hot tub! Exercise room for those enthusiastic guests who feel the need... Continental breakfast Shampoo & body soap

The continental breakfast ends at 9 am The rooms are not consistent with supplies. Curb was a bit close to the machine, kinda dangerous had a bad fall, hurt my back. They didn't sell tooth brush or razor in the machine and didn't have a complimentary comb. No pencils to take notes

The front desk, the hispanic guy, is very nice and kind. The rooms are spacious , very clean, and comfortable. My room had a balcony with a nice view. I will say this hotel is a good option if you are visiting Novato !!

Unfortunately a customer next to my room was very noisy the first night, so I didn't sleep at all. But the front desk guy (the Hispanic one) kindly changed me to another room, and the second night, I was able to sleep comfortably.

Staff is courteous and accommodating, the grounds and rooms are clean and the service staff is friendly and professional. Great value for a wealthy area - they could charge more and still be affordable. I appreciated their consideration. I hear from staff that the owners are good people who don’t micromanage and treat everyone respectfully. Diversity in staffing is also a plus. Near everything, Smart Train & Buses

No late check out due to extreme popularity. No pets!

Friendly , clean , quick to check in , snacks machine in the lobby, close to transit and smart train, close to Trader Joe's and Safeway and the Library. Everyone seemed very helpful.

Breakfast wasn't very the greatest it would of been nice to have hot coffee and fruit maybe yogurt , granola bars . But overall I had a nice stay.

professionall yet friendly and kind staff fantastic security. I always feel incredibly safe but you never feel that people are watching. However, they have a very good security team. I’ve never had a single problem and it’s always a lovely stay and believe me I could pay triple and not feel this way. I’ve stayed here 20+ times and will again really a great experience every single time. A+

I am a widow traveling alone, and I feel very safe there. Also like the vending machines in case I don't feel like going out for dinner.

I seemed to notice that the areas outside weren't as clean as when I stayed there a year ago. Areas outside could be swept cleaner. But I am just being picky.

Clean and quiet, Cable was ok, internet was good even though dropped a couple of times. Breakfast is ok.

the bed was hard they could use some memory foam tops.
