Best Western Plus Ontario Airport & Convention Center

The lady (I believe her name was Rochelle) who shuttled us around was terrific. It was after midnight, and she was very helpful and fun. We really appreciated her assist!

The heat-a/c unit rattled loudly every time it was about to shut off. The 1st time we thought someone was breaking in, but we were so tired from the flight we slept. The second night it kept us up.

The room and even outdoor area was extremely clean. Employees were helpful and friendly. Except for the sound of airplanes taking off since it's close to the airport, everything was perfect.

Sound of airplanes which is to be expected, I just hadn't thought about it prior to booking the room. I sometimes have difficulty sleeping if it's noisy but I did eventually go to sleep.

Let me start by saying that staying at The Best Western in Ontario was a very very pleasant experience. The front desk check in lady Lisa was absolutely amazing. She was patient, courteous, and just a great person. The hotel room was clean, had a lot of room, and had great amenities. The front desk was able to find a room for me and my guest after BOOKING.COM made a mistake and NEVER sent them my reservation information.

What I didn’t like from the hotel? I can’t say I have any negative comments towards it. My PROBLEM was with BOOKING.COM. I had this hotel booked since last year 2020 and had to reschedule the dates to late this year 2021. Booking emailed me confirming the hotel reservation months ago. The only thing is that once I got to check in they DIDN’T have my reservation. Apparently BOOKING forgot to send my confirmation and information for my stay. My check in process lasted AN HOUR AND A HALF because of BOOKING’s mistake. Luckily the West Western hotel was able to book me a room after they called BOOKING.COM. BOOKING’s option was to try to find a different hotel nearby if that was possible.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was beyond expectations - outside certainly didn't betray how large, comfortable and modern the room was. We had an RV - staff helped us find parking spot for it.

The only thing I would advise changing - motion-sensing lights in the room and bathroom. Not only sudden bright light when using the bathroom in the middle of the night not helpful, it also woke up my partner.

Breakfast was excellent for a continental-style breakfast. The facility was very clean.

This Best Western was more than I normally pay for lodging, it was quite high actually. Since I was with family I wanted everyone to be comfortable. But it is California, so maybe it's just reflective of everything in California costs more.

Fair breakfast, nice room

Adjoining rooms are very noisy. Would not take a room that has an adjoining door. A small table with two chairs would be nice as the room was quite large.

Everything. Location,staff,Checking in easy and the breakfast and kitchen staff top notch.

I don’t think I have anything to say about it, everything was great.

Great location close to airport with free shuttle. Great healthy full breakfast. Friend staff. Large comfortable room (350 sq. ft.).

The bathroom smelled like tobacco but when I mentioned it to the front desk, they sent a cleaning crew and the smell was gone.

Breakfast was excellent. Coffee was just ight. Options were great. Choice of a banana or an apple was superb Cleanliness was well noted. In & out in less than 25 minutes.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable. The jacuzzi was perfect for me and my 6 yr old Grandson to swim in because it was warm and the pool was cold. We enjoyed ourselves. Breakfast was free and was good. My Husband has sausage, eggs, and biscuits and gravy. My Grandson had a freshly made waffle 🧇

I didn't like that my room was on the same side and in the same building as residents. The residents look at other guests like myself as an intruder in their home. My Husband and I got a few odd looks from them.
