Beds were comfortable. Beautiful facility over all. When we checked in I was told housekeeping won't come everyday. I need to give them a days notice. We were there 9 days. Day 5 I went to the desk and asked to have the room cleaned. Desk staff said okay and turned and wrote it down on a list. We got back to our room the next day they didn't come. Giving them a chance.. maybe a day behind they are. The next morning I even hung that sign on the door to tell them it needed cleaning. When we came back it hadn't been cleaned. By this time we had one day left. It was NEVER cleaned. The waste paper baskets are to small . The refrigerator was junk. The sink by the refrigerator area only one faucet worked. The faucets in the bathroom area didn't have hot water. Only hot water was in the tub. Three to four days my end of the hallway smelled heavily like someone was smoking weed. The breakfast was bad. The eggs weren't cooked all the way they were watery. And the eggs and tater tots were cold....everyday. oatmeal had no flavor. I gave as good a rating as I did because the beds were comfortable, the location, and the grounds and lobby were beautifully done.

It's all in my first comment. There were a lot of things! And with house keeping not coming every day. You would think the would give you a few garbage bags. But no wetook our garbage out every day and stopped at front desk to get afew bags. And could only get one day at a time. Same with towels. So we ended up with afew days of towels piled in our room. It’s a lovely hotel, they have a pool and jacuzzi. The room was very, very comfortable. The pillows were some of the comfiest pillows we have slept on in all the hotels we have visited. The hotel has a restaurant and bar inside which you get discount at when staying at the property. The parking was free and there was lots of it. The breakfast included was great. Usually you only get continental but their breakfast had hot scrambled eggs and potatoes. They seem to change it up a little everyday, the first day we had scrambled eggs with cheese and hash browns and the second day we stayed we had scrambled eggs with ham and potato wedges. They also were offering toast, jam, cereal, porridge, coffee and juice too. They have a laundry room and ice machine, both were working fine.

We only had one complaint about our stay and that was that there were no batteries in the safe, which we didn’t bother to ask to fix as our stay was short so we didn’t require cleaning.

Room was very spacious. Loved the division between the two beds. It gave much needed privacy, as I was traveling with a niece and my brother. Enjoyed using the exercise room. Breakfast was adequate. Would be nice to add bagels and cream cheese to the menu. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

Was disappointed with the water pressure on the bathroom lavatory washbasin. It was slow to almost nonexistent. Towels were too rough and too thin. Disappointed that the trash was not emptied during a multi-night stay. Overall, it was still okay.

I come to this hotel all the time, when I travel to the Rancho Cucamonga, CA area. The location is very convenient. I love to relax while taking a bath, the the tubs at this hotel are very large and accommodating. Even the singles are actually doubles, since their sofas are also soda-beds. Staff are very friendly and it’s all around a great value. Also, there’s a restaurant called Spires, right next door with great burgers, and a breakfast cook that makes a delicious omelette.

Purely cosmetic: The air conditioning units aren’t the newest models, but the do work perfectly.

This was the best room layout of any hotels we have stayed at in this price range -- including those across the U.S. and internationally. And we have stayed at many in our 50+ years of marriage. The middle section living/working area -- with separation of a sound barrier and a wall -- allows one party to use the bathroom, or work/read without waking/ bothering a sleeper.

The bathroom fixtures appeared to be recent, but the bathtub/shower was a safety hazard for slipping when trying to step into or out of the tub/shower. There was a very smooth surface on the floor of the tub/shower, no mat that we could find for the (wet) floor of the tub/shower, and no grab rails anywhere to hang on to. The cloth bath mat was used on the outside of the tub/shower, but that didn't prevent slipping with the other foot. We passed this on to the desk clerk when checking out, so you may have already heard it.

I love this place. Everything about it. Great price. Great room. Great staff. TV selection is great. Just had that laptop problem

I accidently left my tablet and I called the facility right away and there was no sign of it. I remember clearly leaving it accidently. They could have been a bit more honest. My fault.

LOCATION: I enjoyed that the location. It was conveniently next to alot of restaurants, other hotels, the Ontario Mills Mall, and freeway. Some restaurants are walking distance. The location was also safe. ROOM: The room is quiet, comfy and pretty large. The living room is separate from the bed itself, and that's a nice touch. It has a coffee maker, fridge, sink, microwave, and an iron. Strangely there is only one trash, which is under the sink. BATHROOM: Clean and orderly. Soap and Lotion dispensers are a plus.

The hotel lobby isn't the greatest looking visually...if you don't care for that but otherwise it was clean and descent. The air in the lobby, elevator, and in the hallways were hot. It was stuffy. The bed had black stains on the sheets on several areas. Not sure what those were. I didn't ask for new sheets because I stayed only 1 night and didn't notice until the next morning.

The room was very comfortable and SO accommodating! It offered extras that other hotels did not offer. The bed was exceptionally cozy. I liked the liquid hand soap and not the soap bars that other places have. And I liked the pump liquid containers for lotion and shampoo, just like at my own house!

No shuttle service to the airport. On the internet it said there was a service, but the Clerk said due to covid, it is not offered anymore.

The hotel location from the airport was perfect. The room needed a little updating but it was still in acceptable condition. The hotel staff kindly upgraded my room and that was honestly what made the entire stay worth it.

The pool being renovated during the summer is a little bit odd. There wasn't any grilling options which, once again during the summer, was just a little disappointing.

I literally walked from the airport to this hotel (downside, not the hotel's fault obviously, was that rental car agencies close before midnight, when flight arrived), so it was very airport-convenient. Also, there is a Starbucks across the street. Room was huge. Two large beds separated by a privacy screen. Also, large sink outside bathroom, which is convenient when sharing with another adult.

Due to Covid, breakfast was grab and go, and left a lot to be desired. I would imagine the breakfast will be better in post-Covid days.
