Comfort Suites Longmont

The room (King Suite with One King Bed) was comfy; narrow at entrance but spacious otherwise, with a sitting area and a working desk. The bed was very pleasant and afforded quality sleeps. There was ample free parking and free high-speed Internet. The location was quiet. The staff was helpful.

We came to Colorado for a jubilee family reunion. Our main purpose was mountain travels. For this reason, we did not use many hotel amenities. The rest of our group stayed in Longmont, and the hotel was unexpectedly far away from it. But otherwise its location was convenient (interstate, gas, etc.) The use of the Internet was kind of scary because it was completely open with no privacy. We had to be careful (for example, couldn't check our banking accounts). There was no suitcase stand to put our luggage.

The quality of the room was as good as anyone could expect, in fact, for the price I paid it was beyond what I expected. The best and most notable thing was the unprecedented quality and attitude of the staff I had the pleasure of helping me.

It's absolutely my own fault, but I thought this hotel was going to be closer to Longmont. It's right on I25 and was 15-20 minutes from the conference I was attending. Again, my own fault. I could have paid better attention but was booking at the very least minute and didn't bother to look at the map of the location. I can't deduct any stars or rating for my own mistake. The hotel was great.

Breakfast was very good, except the plain waffle mix ran out if I came down too late. :/ So I rushed down to be sure I got some. Wish I didnt have to do that. The sausages were extremely salty. I threw them out. I guess I missed the fried egg day, bummed about that. All in all just what I expected.

Something happened that was not the managements fault. I lost my card at breakfast one day and an hour later, (we were in the room ignoring the knocking at the door since we had *do not disturb posted for our whole visit) A man broke into the room with my lost key, and ran away when he realized we were in there, and ran to catch him. We recognized him later, but were told he left.

The days I ate breakfast, there was no bacon. I would have liked bacon on occasion.

I needed to ask to have my room cleaned after the 4th day because it had not been cleaned after day 3. I also needed to ask at the desk for decaf coffee for my room. And I put the note card on the door to ask for trash to be picked up, but that was not accomplished.

The room was large. The bed was a king and very comfortable. Price of the room included breakfast. The breakfast was good. The hotel was quiet. Parking lot was large and accommodated our car close to the entry.

The sausage was too salty and not sure the eggs are real. Otherwise we liked the breakfast food. Table tops in the eating area should be wiped clean after each visitor. Nothing else noted.

clean and convenient

I requested an early checkin, because my wive and I were up all night, with problems with our home. the desk clerk told me she could not give us an early checkin, unless me paid an additional fee. I believe she said $50.00. That was outrageous. After arguing with her for a while. She said she could let us in by 2:00, because there were no rooms cleaned. Then she said come back after 1:00. Each time changing her story. Not very accommodating at all. my question if the room is clean, and I’m paying for it. Why can’t a guest check in? Not everyone can just arrive at 4:00. I thought the hotels in your chain. We’re for your guests. Not for the staff to decide when we want you to check in!

The staff was very friendly and it was very clean. The pool was warm and it was very kid friendly. The breakfast was perfect with not too many choices but good options.

The hallway and room we were given smelt strongly of marijuana, but we talked to the front desk staff and they switched our room for another floor and room that was way better.

The indoor pool was amazing!!! The jacuzzi is HOT and the pool is room temp, and it's actually clean. The staff was friendly, helpful and polite, regardless who it was I was interacting with. We had a two night stay and drive in from California for a friend's wedding, after two days on the road you don't want to have any hiccups checking in. The front desk lady was sweet, made excellent conversation and made me excited I chose this motel. Everything was so nice I almost booked for an extra night, but the hot springs a few hours away were too tempting. The breakfast was fresh and the area was really clean for being the end of the breakfast service. The room was kept, the bed was comfy and the atmosphere welcoming. I would stay here again if I ever make my way back to Firestone/Longmont

I found the place was spotless and clean. The facility was very nice, well maintained. I enjoyed the pool. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very delicious. I will definitely come back to this location.

The staff handled the influx of guests from the Marshall Fire Evacuation very well. The extra-large mini-fridges were super helpful because we had to stay for several days. The facility was very clean. The showers had great water pressure and plenty of hot water.

The staff wasn't wearing masks and that was very concerning to us with the recent Covid surge we have been experiencing.
