I asked for the room to have air conditioner on so the room would be cool and when I got there after driving 5 long hours to get to check into my room the room was clean and the room was very cold like I liked it. the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and kept in touch with me throughout my whole cooking process. I'm totally going to stay there again and would recommend it.

Breakfast was to-go bags with go-gurt, fruit, muffins, water, capri sun, granola bars and a frozen breakfast taco that needs to be microwaved. Staff was nice. Not very talkative. No voluntary information. Rooms were nicer than expected. Bathroom super clean. There was a waffle house and a restaurant next door.
I would have liked the staff to explain the to-go breakfast bags. Basically there was a breakfast taco in there - but it was frozen. There was no microwave in my room. If i'd have known, I would have used the one in the lobby. Our upstairs tv remote didn't work and the coffee machine was missing hardware, so that didn't work either. Pool is drained and closed for the season.

Big hotel, right off 25, so good location. Clean and nice flooring in room. No more nasty carpet! Kids enjoyed the pool. Right next to waffle house :)
The bathroom needs a little work. The breakfast was not so good. The staff working the breakfast did not speak English so that was a little difficult.

Rooms seem to be up to date, and was clean (which is a big thing for me). Smelled good, property was pretty clean altogether.
Back, and side exits weren't locked like they should be. Had trouble with working the tv.
